Product is great but refill pack is horrible. I inserted it based on instructions, but the cream stopped coming out of the jar after may be 10 days using it. Absolutely unusable at this point, I had to take the lid out and still can't use the cream because the refill thing is stuck in the jar. Ugh f...

The creamy, rich formula of this makes it one of my go-to moisturizers- particularly during the drier seasons. My skin soaks this up quickly and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and bouncy after using. One of my regular go-tos, this deserves a spot on the shelf of anyone with dry skin. I have combination skin that leans towards dry. Especially right now, during the winter, and this moisturizer works out perfect for my skin. It's a whip texture that's really hydrating.But it's not whey, and it doesn't break out my skin. I like to layer my skincare, so I wear a vitamin C. Underneath, I like the drunk elephant, vitamin c actually, and then I use the whipped moisturizer on top. It's helped with a lot of my trouble, dry patches, and my face is feeling smoother.
