Most Helpful Positive Review Miracle Worker OMG! My oily, acneic skin has never been so happy. As an Esthetician I do high grade peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion etc and my skin is RAW after. I have been looking for the perfect oil for post treatment and everyday use as I love face oil. Homeopathy= treat like with like, I have used facial oil for over 20 years to balance my oily skin and I used Jurlique for those years along with my own homemade blends. I saw this and wanted to try Kinship as I love what the brand stands for. Wow it has exceeded my expectations. After a 70% peel and microneedling session my raw skin was literally calm, restored and looking fantastic the NEXT DAY. It continues to look fabulous. I barely got dry after the treatment. It has been almost a week and I am obsessed. You don't need much at all and I even like it mixed with my foundation if I want a little more glow. I have tried affordable oils and have been disappointed Acure blue tansy-0 Physicans fornula argan-5 Burts Bees 5 Elf made a face oil that was very good for the price but it could not even come close to this.
I highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin conditions and to those who broke out it is a process. All skin will most likely break out during an adjustment phase it is only if it doesn't stop that it is a problem so I give every product 30 days. I personally break out pretty easily and I did get a couple blemishes nothing my acne light couldn't handle. I have not been so impressed with a product in a long time. These ingredients are truly beneficial for your skin and the packaging ensures it's stability. I look forward to using more Kinship. FYI my oily skin feels very balanced from this oil which is the point. It is a game changer!
Most Helpful Critical Review No! Just NO!! Had high hope for this. Turned out to be super greasy. Never sank into the skin. Woke up in the morning with a greasy mess all over my pillow and still on my face. But worst part is it caused me to breakout. Clogged my pores so bad. I usually don't suffer from many breakouts but this is terrible. Please don't put your skin through this!

I love this oil. It has a very light smell not too strong which I appreciate and it's also light in texture but has really helped my skin barrier this winter. I recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin that's on the dry side it has really helped.

This is my absolute go to when my skin is stressed out, irritated, and super dry/flakey. It doesn't irritate my dry sensitive skin, and it helps get it in good shape.
When my skin is irritated from over exfoliating (chemical exfoliants), I'll use a gentle cleanser(W3LL People Soothing Aloe Face Cleanser), follow it with my WLDKAT Ginger & Kombucha toner, then this KINSHIP Oat Ceramide Relief oil, and lastly my LOLI Date Nut Brûlée. It's a perfect combination to get my skin back in balance, and all items work perfectly together.

I don't think I have ever written a review, but had to do it for this oil. I have very dry, red and reactive skin. I have been adding a couple drops of this to the FAB ultra repair cream as part of the end of my nighttime routine and so I go to bed looking like a shiny donut and wake up to soft and hydrated skin. Very happy with this product!

This oil is like magic! I wake up with the most supple and softest skin. It's got such great ingredients that can help with anti-aging. Though I haven't seen any changes in my forehead lines (that have just come appeared and are most likely due to stress), I have seen some improvement in my acne scars, pimples, redness, texture, etc. And the smell? It smells amazing! Like heavenly peaches! Even my boyfriend loves it. I pretty much recommend this oil to everyone I know. Thank you Kinship, you're the best! :-)

I usually can't be bothered to leave reviews (LOL), but this product is too amazing to not talk about. I recently started using AHA/BHA toner and ended up using it too often, resulting in angry, red, super sensitive skin. This product was the ONLY thing that's been able to effectively moisturize and calm my skin down. I love that it doesn't leave my face greasy - it's super lightweight. Also, it smells A M A Z I N G. Will definitely be incorporating this into my regular skincare routine from now on!

I don't usually leave reviews but this oil has rounded out my skincare to perfection. I have combination skin, very dry where it's dry and very oily in the T zone. This face oil is so lightweight and hydrating and leaves my skin incredibly soft and hydrated the next morning. I've found my new go to. Thank you Kinship for your amazing products. My skin is kind of a dry combo but extremely acne prone. This oil is PERFECT. Gives me the hydration and glow I'm looking for without any break outs. Super soothing to my skin and helps remedy any dry flakiness that may come up. Finished a whole bottle and am definitely going to repurchase

I bought this on a whim and I'm really glad I did. I've got super sensitive, dry, and easily irritated skin so I'm very hesitant on venturing out on skin care. This oil is very calming and soothing whenever a product freaks my skin out, I think its from the oat. Ceramides are also good for dry skin I think. When i use it on its own, i put a few drops and pat it in and my skin just soaks it up. Most of the time I mix it with kinships moisturizer for added hydration and it works great. One of the few products my skin loves!

This is my new go to serum for my very dry sensitive skin. It is so light weight yet super hydrating and leaves my skin super soft. If you have dry sensitive skin you need this. This product has a very light scent.

I'm 43 and probably not Kinship's demographic, but I'm obsessed with this oil. I have dry yet oily skin, and my regular moisturizers weren't helping anymore. This stuff cleared me up and gave me a glow. Please don't stop making this. I've just bought the mud mask and papaya cleanser too, very impressed. I also use the SPF since it's non-irritating. I'm a Kinship convert!

This is the only product that I didn't care for by kinship. I hate to leave bad reviews for a brand I love but it wasn't my favorite. It was the only product that was new to my routine and it made me breakout. It also didn't seem to brighten my skin at all.

I'll admit I was skeptical about using a face oil when I purchased this. My skin is starting it's aging journey (hello 40) and combination but still prone to a breakout if I'm hormonal or indulge in too much sugar or dairy...fun. Right now I'm only using it once a day before bed (after cleansing and toning); I use 3 drops over my face and neck then give it a few minutes for my skin to start absorbing it before I apply my moisturizer....then let my skin take in all the goodness while I sleep. In the morning my skin is perfectly moisturized, not oily at all. I could see myself adding this to my morning routine as my skin needs more moisture during winter months though. I've only been using it a few weeks but my skin is already more even toned, brighter, and much better moisturized throughout the day. I'm sold!!

ADORE this product I am very dry and really enjoy oils to help keep my skin moisturized and to hold in my hydrating ingredients I put under them. I work from home and have really been LOVING using the kinskin in the morning to deliever those ceramides and squalane oil to my skin (squalane is on of my fav ingredients) but it sinks in nicely to the skin DOESNT sit and feel heavy. Leaves your skin with a hydrated glow and it's followed up perfectly with the supermello moisturizer and the self reflect spf and it's glow city!

The ingredients are great for this product! Definitely recommend buying, makes my skin look and feel great! I would say however it is a VERY thick serum. I am not an oily skin type, but I my experience was this is certainly an emollient product and layering with a moisturizer was too much for my skin. I woke up as oily as I did immediately after putting it on. Instead, I just use in place of a moisturizer (a little bit goes a long way!) especially since it has ceramides. I think in terms of how Kinship recommends use I could only see doubling up on the moisturizer working for really dry skin, but I still definitely dont see this going under any spf well given how oily it is regardless of the SPF texture you use.

Super bummed about this purchase! I wanted to love it so bad... unfortunately it made my skin super oily and greasy I felt like it never fully sank into my skin completely... as if it had just glazed over the surface. Everyone is different, just because it didn't work for me Doesn't mean it won't work for you! (:

This oil was fast absorbing and did not sit on top of skin i also didnt layer a bunch of skincare under it. I found it to be calming. I have been using it for awhile and it has not caused any breakouts. I would buy this again. I usually am not a facial oil user because i despise oils that just sit on top of skin but this did not. I think it has helped with hydration and i have seen a positive difference in my skin.

This oil absorbed into my skin quickly. For my combination skin, I've learned that oils are better to use only at night. After only a few days, my dry patches were gone and my skin feels very soft.

Light and fast absorbing, this face oil is really nice. I use it first thing in the morning and occasionally before bed if my skin is feeling dry. The light scent is lovely and not overpowering.

this is by far my favorite face oil i've ever tried! i struggled with perioral dermatitis for months, which was first misdiagnosed as eczema, and unfortunately i used a topical steroid for months before figuring out i was making the problem worse. i had to then go on oral and topical antibiotics, which dried my skin out and wrecked my moisture barrier. my doctor told me not to use anything too occlusive while i was still dealing with the perioral dermatitis so my usual cera ve ointment was out of the question. i came across this product line while looking for something with probiotics to rebalance my skin's microbiome and heal my moisture barrier. this oil has quickly become my favorite. it smells so good and absorbs into my skin beautifully. it doesn't leave you feeling greasy, just provides a beautiful dewey glow. a little goes a long way - i use about 4-5 drops and that covers my whole neck and face. it soothed and healed all the nasty dry patches i had from the topical antibiotic and now my skin looks better than ever. this is definitely a holy grail product i can't live without now!

I absolutely love this oil. I am on on a serious skincare journey and using Tretinion. This oil is saving my skin to help soothe and moisturize! It has a light smell that is pleasant. It sinks in the skin beautifully. I even wear it under makeup with the Kinship Self Reflect sunscreen on top!! It's perfect! Kinship is becoming my new favorite skincare line!
