Most Helpful Positive Review Great rinse for kids! I was so excited to receive a bottle of hello kids fluoride rinse in natural strawberry from the weeSpring Parent Panel. We've used othe hello products in the past but this is our first experince with the kids fluoride rinse in wild strawberry. My children tend to be very picky with flavors and not very willing to try new flavors of products. When buying mouthwash for my family flavor is the first thing I look for. Once I've find the "right" flavor I look at the ingredients, if there is Florida and how natural a product it is. I was pleasantly pleased that hello kids fluoride rinse checked all of these boxes. This made the decision to have my family try this rinse even easier. My children love the mild strawberry taste and the love the fact that there is no "funny taste" after they spit it out. When it's time to brush our teeth my children are excited to use the rinse after they brush, sometimes when I'm not looking they will use it before brushing. The packaging of the bottle is great but I do find it harder for my youngest child to be independent using the bottle, both opening this bottle and pouring it into the lid but we just work together when it's time to rinse. We have a new favorite rinse in this house and I love that my children love the flavor and I love that the rinse is natural. hello kids fluoride rinse in natural atrawberry will definitely be on our list to continue buying
Most Helpful Critical Review Great ingredients, not so great flavor. I received a bottle of Hello kids fluoride rinse in natural wild strawberry from weeSpring Parent Panel to try out. From a parent's point of view, I loved this rinse. The ingredients are all natural, no alcohol, it's a fluoride rinse, which helps protect their teeth, and it smelled great!
From my child's point of view (she's 5), she did not like it at all. She said it was sour, complained about the taste, and overall, just did not like it. The selection of children's mouth rinses are few and far between in this area, so she has only used what is readily available for purchase. I feel that, if she had this from the beginning, and not the others, her opinion may have been different. However, because she didn't like the taste, I'm only giving it three stars. If it had been based solely on the ingredients, I would give it five stars.

First off, I'm an adult using this "kids'" mouthwash. I am sensitive to mint and it has always caused very unpleasant burning in my mouth, sometimes making me even tear up while brushing/rinsing. I would be in pain for minutes afterward. That being said, I've had a very neglectful relationship with my oral health as I've only ever seen mint or bubblegum flavor mouthwash and I hate "bubblegum" flavor too. My friend told me about Hello and I looked into their products. I'm sooooo glad that I found this. I love the flavor. It is sweet and it is strawberry! It tastes so good I want to swish it around all day. I don't, of course, because recommended usage is only once a day for 30 seconds. But for the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to using my mouthwash! That's saying something! Also did not get paid/free product for this review, I'm just incredibly happy that I can rinse my mouth out in peace! I know some people were saying that the mouthwash should have coloring in it, but I definitely disagree, kids should be supervised while doing their oral routine and mistaking this for water should not happen. By the time they ought to be doing their oral care unsupervised, they should recognize what this is. I saw another point that they should make the lid easier for kids to open, but I disagree with that too; this contains fluoride and if the child is not strong enough to open it, then they probably shouldn't be using it alone in the first place. Again they should be supervised with this product. If this was fluoride-free, I think having it easily open-able would be good, but this is a good safety feature.

I hate anything minty and I only buy from cruelty free brands, so finding a mouthwash that fit both of these categories is hard. This was a godsend. Tastes great and does the job. Best price that I've found for a non-mint, cruelty free, clean ingredient mouthwash so far. I don't care that it's marketed for kids! Haha.

I have been using mint tooth products my entire life, and I decided to change things up and switch to strawberry! I am really happy that I did. The Hello products are awesome, I haven't had a single issue with their toothpaste or mouthwash. The strawberry mouthwash is mild and tastes great. I think it does just as good of a job as mint would. I'm sure it's great for kids, too!

I was given this Kids Mouthwash to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I tried it myself, but didn't care for the sickly sweet taste. I've always been more of a mint-man when it comes to oral hygiene. But my kids loved it. And, more importantly, they ASKED if they could use the mouthwash again the next night. Now using strawberry mouthwash is a nightly ritual, like dessert after brushing your teeth.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting us try out Hello's kids strawberry mouthwash! We are reallllllly enjoying this strawberry rinse from Hello Kids--especially my 4y/o. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of this mouthwash--my husband, most especially, liked the fact that it doesn't burn and has the most pleasant (and limited) aftertaste. My kiddo really recognized the strawberry flavor and asks for it every night... My husband and I appreciate that this rinse doesn't have any confusing, artificial ingredients; plus, it makes my kiddo's breath smell really clean and neutral. We recently had guests over and even they remarked that it "was not as fruity or spicy as they expected" -- something we all, I think, assume with kids flavored anything. The only true problem I had was with opening the bottle-- I believe they need a better top that isn't so difficult to handle--especially for little ones who are working on independency/motor skills. Otherwise, this is a product we'd buy in the stores.

This was my son's first attempt at using a mouthwash. I was hesitant to try it at first because I didn't realize it was for 6 and up and my son is almost 5 at the time of this review. But I was told by his pediatric dentist that it is ok as long as he knows that he should spit it out and not swallow it.
The bottle itself is very simple and clean looking. For me the package is very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes but it would have been nicer to have a little bit of "kid"ness to the package.. i.e. cartoon characters, cars, or just more vibrant and varied colors. I do like that when placed on the sink it's not huge (about the size of a water bottle) and it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.
The flavor I received was wild strawberry and when you smell it it smells amazing! It really does smell like strawberry flavored candy to me. I tried the rinse first to make sure that there would be no unpleasant "surprises" for my son and to be completely honest, I liked and disliked it. I liked that there was no burning sensation because of the lack of alcohol and it had a very pleasant taste in my mouth. But at the same time I disliked it because it didn't feel like it got my mouth clean and I was expecting that after mouthwash clean feel. But it's made for kids so that last part is completely understandable.
It took a few days to get my son to try it because first off, he doesn't even like the whole brushing part and he hates the flossing part even more. He wasn't even interested in it because he didn't like the bottle. He said it was "boring".. his words not mine. I did finally get him to try it and he really liked it and he still likes it. Borrowing his words again, he said that it "tasted like strawberry juice". He didn't mind having to gurgle it for awhile because he liked having that strawberry taste in his mouth.
I wanted to try the rinse because he recently had cavities and thought it might help but I didn't realize that it would also get him to enjoy his bedtime routine. He used to dread having to brush his teeth but now he knows that he gets to use the strawberry mouthwash and for some reason he thinks he's getting a treat at bedtime! I'm so glad that I was given the opportunity to try out the hello kids fluoride rinse in natural wild strawberry flavor and I will definitely continue to stock up on this product in the future! The taste of this rinse is amazing! I've never tasted a dental product that I thought was worth mentioning to family and friends but as soon as my son and I smelled and tasted the juicy fresh strawberry flavor of this rinse, we both knew we'd be looking forward to rinsing everyday. No struggles to get my kids to use a mouthwash anymore. Anything to help prevent cavities is always welcomed in our house. I always avoid burning harsh and medicinal tasting mouthwashes so this rinse was exactly what I look for in a mouthwash for my kids and myself.
My son is hard to please when it comes to hygiene products and he loves this rinse so it makes the whole bedtime routine so much easier for us. He's always smelling the rinse and telling me how yummy it is. I've recommended this mouthwash to my family and friends with kids since I know they'll love it too.

Thanks to WeeSpring for allowing my kids the chance to try out Hello Strawberry flavor mouthwash for our honest review. Usually when I buy them mouthwash I stick to a mint flavor since all 3 of our boys like it but they were so excited to try a strawberry flavor for a change. They absolutely love the flavor and it left their breath fresh for a long time. All 3 boys love Hello mouthwash now and have begged me to only buy them it from now on which I am happy to do for them. It seems to get them more excited to brush, floss, and do their mouthwash then they have ever been before so as a parent I am very pleased about that. I tried the flavor and really like it myself also. Our only complaint is in the bottle itself, the lid is child proof which I understand the reasoning for but since this is for kids they would like to be able to open it themselves especially since their previous brand had an easy squeeze bottle. I have even struggled getting it opened for them at times so please reconsider the bottle for the kids brand to be easier for them to use. Other than that we love the Hello Wild Strawberry rinse and will be using it from now on!

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I'm glad I did. We've used other anticavity rinses in the past with our 6-year-old and they just seem like sugar water. They were sickeningly sweet to the point that my daughter didn't even like using it anymore.
After a month of using the Hello Strawberry rinse, I can confidently say this is not the case here! My daughter LOVES the flavor and it's even mild enough for me to use (I really don't like super sweet). I'm comfortable with her using it with its great ingredient list and the fluoride is something I was looking for as our dentist recommended it for her.
The bottle design is pretty great, too. It's narrow enough for small hands, although I do wish it came in a slightly smaller bottle. My daughter is just now big enough to comfortably pour things and feels like a 'big kid' pouring her own rinse while I do mine in the morning. I DO wish the bottle was clear because it can be difficult to tell how much is left....but that's a pretty minor issue.
Overall, this is a big win in our household. It's made my daughter look forward to brushing her teeth and I'm a confident mom knowing her teeth are protected and healthy.

I have to admit, I thought the flavor of this mouthwash was kind of funky, but the rest of my family, my daughter especially, thought it was the best invention on earth. She said "yum", and "more" and "it tastes like gummy bears", and she consistently asks to use it. I love an extra level of protection for her teeth, especially one I know doesnt have alcohol or sugars.

When the weespring parent panel offered me the chance to try the HELLO KIDS strawberry fluoride rinse, I was excited. Was gonna start trying a mouth rinse for my son to help aid in the brushing process. He was excited too because he LOVES strawberry flavored things! The packaging was great. Bright enough colors to make it attract the kids, and still had a natural look to it, which helps its natural background. He is a bit under the recommenced age for other rinses, and this doesn't seem to have one so we were excited to give it a try. This got him excited to want to brush his teeth each night! It was hard for him to understand that he could drink after it because he loves to have water in bed, and sometimes he would swallow it but it didn't seem to effect him. The smell and taste are great. If he didn't like the smell, he wouldn't have even wanted to try it so that's a plus. I would recommend this product to a friend who was into using natural products. I don't know the exact price point of this rinse, but if it's similar to the other rinses that are available, I probably would try some other brands first since I'm not a person who NEEDS to use all natural products.

When looking for mouth rinse i look for something that isnt made with harsh chemicals. I was amazed by the ingredient list of hello strawberry flavor mouth rinse and when given the opportunity to test and review some from weespring's stellar product testing pannel I jumped right on the offer! My daughter loves the flavor before trying hello she hadn't used a mouth wash and is now obsessed with it! She even said it makes brushing fun because she feels big! Hearing those words made my heart beat! As a mom we all want our kids to enjoy healthy routines. Hello has made the routine of brushing way more fun! Id have to say the best part of hello is the ingredient list as well as how much my daughter loves using it!

When buying mouthwash for my kids I look for a few things. First, flavor. It's important for my kids to like the flavor, all us parents know that! If the flavor is a no go, so is the mouthwash routine! Second, ingredients. What's in the mouthwash? I definitly don't like anything crazy in my children's mouthwash. The clearer the ingredients the better. When we received this mouthwash, my kiddos were very excited to try it. Thankfully both my son and daughter love their mouthwash routine so they were eager to give it a try! The flavor alone was enticing. They enjoy strawberry so that was a plus! The packaging was great and so was the amount given in the bottle. I had them try it and .... they love it! They told me a few things. They said the flavor was perfect! Just the right amount of strawberry flavor. They also said after rinsing, their mouth felt very fresh and clean. The bottle is almost gone so that is a good sign! They stated their favorite thing about the rinse is that it isn't too strong. I actually went ahead and tried it myself and it is pretty good. Nothing better than a great tasting mouthwash! I also want to state that the ingredients are very clear and precise. I felt 100% comfortable giving my children this mouthwash every single day. Great choice for a kids mouthwash. Kid friendly, has flouride to strengthen teeth and the flavor is spot on. My daughter said it tasted just like strawberries. The mix with her mint toothpaste threw her off a little though so you may want to choose a complimentary toothpaste flavor. Usually when I buy mouthwash for the kids, I look to see if it's alcohol free. Fun flavors are a bonus!
This mouthwash delivers on both accounts, plus it's free of lots of other yucky things I don't want in my kids, like: phthalates, BPA, artificial flavors and dyes and sulfates. My daughter LOVES the taste and asks to brush her teeth just so she can use this mouthwash! Thanks Stellar Product Testing for the chance to try this one out! I will be purchasing this in the future for sure!

Kids aren't supposed to get excited about dental hygiene, are they? Apparently I was wrong. My 4 year old son's new favorite treat is Hello Wild Strawberry Rinse. The first time I asked him to try it, he was very hesitant since he's very picky about taste. I tried to make it sound like a game that we would play by swishing the rinse back and forth in our mouths but he was still skeptical but as soon as he smelled the rinse, his eyes lit up. He slowly poured it in his mouth and smiled at me. My son loved the taste of this rinse so much that he repeatedly asked to rinse. I love the taste too. It's like fresh, juicy strawberries instead of the artificial candied flavor I was expecting. This rinse has everything I look for in a mouthwash: fluoride, great taste without any harsh medical taste. I hope this rinse is as effective as those other that burn and taste horrible. I've recommended this rinse to my family and friends and will definitely purchase it for my kids.

So, I have tried many different brands of mouthwash for both myself and my children over the years, but there are several reasons why I can say I have a new favorite! The biggest reason I love the Hello mouthwash is that it has no artificial sweeteners or flavors, no SLS or sulfates, no dyes, no alcohol, and it isn't tested on animals! Knowing how many products have these chemicals, I'm happy when I can decrease the amount my kids are exposed to.
Another reason I love this particular mouthwash is that the kids love the wild strawberry flavor. It uses xylitol (which is also good for your teeth) to give it just enough sweetness to go with the strawberry flavor. Even after the newness of the mouthwash has worn off, I never had to remind my kids to use it, they ask to use it every night!
The only thing I do not like about this mouthwash is the bottle. Although the label itself is better looking than all the others, the cap isn't as easy to open, so my younger son has to get his big brothers to open it for him. I also made sure to teach them how much to pour out so they don't use too much. So, for younger kids this bottle is more work than the bottle you can squeeze with the self limiting measurer. For me, its well worth the effort to have them use a better quality product though!

I've been buying the same mouthwash for a few years now, but recently noticed the ingredients and quite honestly I've been afraid of them accidentally swallowing the rinse. One of the first things I look for besides the ingredients, is making sure the mouthwash has anticavity protection. I was so happy to find out about hello products kids mouthwash, because most of the ingredients are all natural and they don't contain an abundance of added sugar. My kids tried the wild strawberry flavor and I had mixed reviews from both. My 6-year-old absolutely loved the flavor, she compared it to a strawberry lollipop. On the other hand, my 8 year old said it was okay, she thought the rinse left a medicine like after taste in her mouth. Either way, they enjoyed using it because they've never had a wild strawberry rinse before. My 8 year old definitely wants to try the watermelon flavor rinse and hopefully it satisfies her tastebuds. I will continue to buy the rinse because of the peace of mind and quality ingredients that are used! Thanks to the Wee Spring Parent Panel for providing me with this kids mouthwash!

My daughter absolutely loved the wild strawberry mouth rinse we recieved as a test product. Her biggest complaint about mouthwash is that it burns her gums. She said this mouth wash didn't burn and it tasted good too! Her breath smelled fresh after use and now she rinses twice a day with no complaints!

When I buy mouthwash for my kids, I'm usually looking for something as natural as possible, and fluoride since I tend to buy them fluoride-free paste. This Hello mouthwash totally fits both bills.
My kids LOVE the way it tastes, they never forget to swish anymore! I love how excited they are to use it and that it's actually beneficial for their oral health.
The only drawback for us was how difficult the bottle is to open, the more they use the easier it gets for whatever reason, but it's difficult even for me.

Kids LOVE this mouthwash! I received the hello kids fluoride rinse from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was really excited for my kids to try is as they have always liked the hello toothpaste. I love all of the great natural ingredients. We received the wild strawberry flavor and my three oldest kids (9 years, 7 years and 5 years), all said, "Yum!" after they rinsed. I had to try it myself after their reaction and I have to say it's a great product. It tastes great and leaves their mouth feeling cleaner than just brushing. They actually remind me every night to pour them some to rinse with!
