Great Eyeliner
I love this eyeliner and purchased it in two shades. It glides on so smoothly and stays in place without smudging. When its time to remove it, it comes off relatively easily with eye makeup remover. I like that I can create a smoky eye or sharp edges with this eyeliner.
not good
I bought the pencil in the Twinkle Toast color. Wanted to use it for the waterline as they can sometime get a little pinkish. This pencil had almost no coverage. And I can see what other reviewers said about it falling apart when sharpening.. It may have better coverage in different colors... but not this one...
Does not budge
Tightlined my eyes with this eyeliner in the morning and went to the beach, spent a few hours sweating and walking around and this eyeliner is in the exact same place I put it. I have oily eyelids and after a few hours other eyeliners will be gone or drift to my lower lash line but this eyeliner held up amazing.

I wasn't sure about the colour when it first arrived, but loved it once on. Creamy formula that smoothly glides on. Definitely seems to be water and smudge proof as stated. I was able to smudge it a bit with some force. It took some effort to remove. I'd love to get it in some other colours too! Would wear again. I tried this on in the morning when getting ready. Mine is in the shade "Decanted." I will say, the first place I tried to put it was my waterline. It did not want to go on very much. I understand it's because my waterline is, understandably, pretty wet. However, I get better results when I use other brands, and especially when I use black. Since this isn't a shade of black and is more of a maroony brown, that may be part of the reason. It went on a lot better on my eyelid and around my eye, showing some hints of what almost reads as gold in the pigment. I also tested it on the back of my hand, where the pigment flowed the easiest. It lasted decently through the day, but the color did start to fade somewhat as the hours wore on. I will say, I did accidentally cry while wearing this. While it did come off of my waterline immediately, it held strong at the bottom of my waterline where my eyelashes are, so I still looked pretty decent after the cry. Overall, it's not bad, and maybe a darker shade would work better for me, but I think it's missing some oomph and my personal difficulty with getting it to show on my waterline was frustrating.
