The instructions say to go under a dryer for 15 minutes. Do you use a hair dryer at home?

- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Shelly! That is a great question. Intense RX is a reparative keratin serum that you leave in the hair. Over time it helps to make the hair healthier and stronger from the inside out. For at home use, simply apply this product first so it can penetrate in to the cuticle and then continue to style your hair as you always do. I would recommend using Infusion Keratin Replenisher on top of Intense RX and then blow drying you hair for a smooth and silky result. It is not necessary to place your hair under heat. Those instructions are geared towards stylists in the salon and need to be updated so my apologies. Please let me know if you have any more questions.Was this answer helpful to you

I was very excited to receive this product, I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has done absolutely nothing for my hair. Very disappointed since it was expensive. Certainly would not buy again!

I am in desperate need of a real haircut but I didn't want to cut too much of my hair off. I started using Intense RX to help repair my ends. IT WORKED! I have been seeing less shedding from my hair and less frizz when I blow dry. Everyone should use this product. READ THE DIRECTIONS on how to use.
Kinky curly hair fixer
I use a few drops on my hair after I wash it. Really truly helps soften it so it's not so kinky and straw like. Highly recommend this for problem hair like mine. Use this in addition to the other keratin products. They are fantastic!
Wow! This product is amazing!
I have keratin treated hair and my salon uses Peter Coppola's so I decided to try some of their products. My hair is over processed from hair coloring which is why I got the keratin treatment in the first place. It is very fine and prone to breakage from just combing it. I used this product and immediately noticed increases suppleness, silkyness, and strength. I use it differently than the bottle says. After washing hair, I leave my hair wet, take a few points and rub it in my hair and brush through to make sure it's saturated, I cover it with a plastic cap and I have one of those hair dryer attachments you can put on you blow dryer. I sit under that for 15min. After that I blow dry my hair dry and continue to style. I do this once a week and my hair stylist has noticed a difference.
Improved hair overtime.. Special Treatment

Yes, this product is expensive, but depending on how damaged your hair is, as well as how soon you want results will influence your urge to spend the money. I look at this product as a special treatment. When my hair was at its worst, four to six weeks of using this product helped improve my hair breakage; along with my gradually cutting of the damaged areas. I do notice if I sit under the dryer before blow drying my hair is more smooth and lasts longer than if I just immediately blow dry my hair, either option works. Please do not expect instant results, for those that achieved immediate results are fortunate, personally it took my third use before I personally could see the improvement and decreasing my shedding and breakage. Personal choice how long you want to continuously use the product, but at least us the entire bottle before determine the product does not work. Usually after the entire bottle is used, your hair is back on track and may no longer need the special treatment.
