Apply the patch to clean, dry skin directly onto the ingrown, being careful not to touch the center of the patch. Gently press down for 10 seconds to ensure it adheres. While wearing it, avoid water and excessive activity. Leave the patch on for at least six hours for microdarts to fully dissolve and deliver active ingredients deep into skin. For best results, apply one before bedtime and let the patches get active while you're not.

These do treat ingrown hair, however the adhesive is poor. I had used hydrocolloid patches before these with no problems. When I switched to these, I was required to use medical-grade tape to keep them on. Without the tape, these patches consistently feel off after an hour or 2. Waste of money b...

I got a really bad ingrown on my bikini line on vacation that looked discolored for several months. I found these via a Google search to try to fix the discoloration and get the hair out. Three days of wearing the patches at night and the hair is out and the discoloration is totally gone. The skin is a little sensitive but so worth it. I will keep these on hand forever now. Huge fan!!
