Love Love Love! I was nervous at first to use one of these products, but I absolutely love my hair curled and never have the time to do so I tried it out. It's one of my favorite products I have ever bought for my hair. Its' very easy to use and the curls actually stay longer and have more bounce than a normal curling iron. A+ for this product. I definitely recommend it.
Not on Layered or Thinned out Hair The reviews the I read on this product prior to receiving this scared me a bit, but they also pointed out some pitfalls that I thought I could avoid, being fairly experienced at playing with all kinds of hair gadgets. Having now played around with the product, including all the settings, I can say that it only KINDA works. It would work if you had mostly 1 length hair and if you like all your curls to be the same size and if you have hours to do your hair. I have typical Asian hair that is easy to curl (I have a digital perm, so that helps too), and I have tons of layers and intentionally thinned out sections (it is hot in Hawaii). When I tried the product on the sections of my hair that were over 10" long, it definitely worked - somewhat. I bought the product to avoid having to drag multiple irons with me when I travel. When I saw the presentation of this product, I was led to believe that it could achieve different sizes of curls (I usually have 2 or 3 irons going to achieve this more natural effect). I have no idea why I believed that. This tool only has one rod inside it, so, DUH, one size of curl. The different settings only helped with how tight the curls are rather than the size of the curl. The unit had a hard time with the sections that had different lengths in it (it will whirr and eventually get stuck/tangled) and sections that even a smidge more than an inch in width (it will beep and not roll your hair in). Given that it can't really handle deep layers and given that you can achieve the same spiral or loose curl look with a curling iron(by starting your curl near the root, spinning the curling iron once, and dragging the iron in that position down to the tip of your hair in the same manner as a flat iron), I'd have to say that this unit is actually less flexible than a regular curling iron. It is also WAY more expensive than a tourmaline iron from the same brand. Oh, and you can only point the iron in one direction, so it is more cumbersome to use than a normal iron, unless you can get your arm to sprout from your back or get someone to help you. The bottom line is that it is gimmicky, and I don't see appreciating this unit unless you have one length of hair, have tons of time, and really just can't figure out how to work a normal curling iron.

Bought this product about 6 months ago and have used it maybe 3 times. This last time using this product. It pulled my hair in the curler and got stuck wouldn't let it come out and had to cut my hair off. Please if you have longer hair be careful

I bought this when it first came on market, I was impressed then and only more so now. I've literally had this product for years!! And it still works, curls etc... I started to notice a burn smell while using so I figured I'd finally blew it out lol. I have had long like past my waist, long hair, med-length hair and shorter hair all the while thick. it's been thin also, I found that curls have a harder time staying when my hair had fallen out and was thin (I have crohn's disease) that sucked.. but this is a great lil product and yes it gets stuck sometimes but I chalk that up to user error mostly... if I'm in a rush etc I notice things don't get done any faster lol I slow myself down if anything... Excellent product, some people just like to cry around before they even try. This has been a trooper and at a very decent price point also. Goodluck ladies!!

I was excited about this product. I thought it would make curling hair fun and fast. It didn't work on my hair or my three daughters tried different textures and settings. Very disappointing.

Since my hair is long, i did small amounts of hair. I had to literally cut 11 inches off my hair to release this tool!! This item needs to be recalled immediately!!!! Who is going to reimburse me for my hair????? My hair is my everything and to have it ruined is absoluetly horrifying!
