Create silky straight hair, voluminous curls or beachy waves with one tool-the Infiniti Pro By Conair 2-In-1 Styler

I really wanted this as I have dystonia in my hands/arms and cannot use a flat iron to create beach waves...my wrist just will not turn the way you need to make it turn to move the flat iron. Sadly, my hair is hard to curl, so if I curl my hair in the morning, it is flat within an hour. I just received this as a present...I plugged it in, heated both the outside and inside to maximum heat. the design of this flat iron was very, very easy for my gimpy hand to manipulate so that I could make beach waves....no pain at all! Better yet, I curled it this morning, it is now after lunch and the curl is remaining as if I just curled it! I love this wand! Gives me the opportunity to do more styling than just flat ironing and caused absolutely no hand pain whatsoever! Thank you, Conair, for liberating my hairstyling!
This product is ok. I was super excited to use it! But when I use the curl option it does not hold tight enough when u put it on lock position so I had to hold it down while curling my long thick hair which was hard to do! I ended up returning the product because it is worth then price!

I have had this straigtner for almost a year now, and I can honestly say, I haven't picked up my curling iron in that time. this straightens my hair very well as well as curl with the slightest twist of my wrist.
Something I did learn with this tool is
1. Don't squeeze the plates too hard. This iron is easy to squeeze too tight, and when you do that, it can create creases and gives that skipping feel. Just need them to touch, not press.
2. If you want good curls, use smaller, thinner sections, and again, very little pressure. Doing a half twist on your wrist when you place on your hair will give you a good curl without extra work.
3. if you have thin hair, use product that helps add texture your hair. this can be anything from a texture spray, dry shampoo (my favorite thing to use, as it also helps prevent oil build up at the root), or even hairspray. Also don't forget that heat protectant.
4. Use the lowest setting and work up. if it's too hot for your hair, you will get creasing. I have thin hair and it's hard to keep style as it will fall limp quickly. I found 355 works the best (other tools I used were much hotter).
There is a little bit of a learning curve when you first get this to really get the full benefit, however, this thing works amazing and can replace multiple hot tools, which means less clutter and more space.

This hair iron works great! Heats up in no time.
Also can be used as a curling iron. Wish I bought this several months ago. Now I cannot be without it.

I had high hopes but was really disappointed. This thing doesn't do anything to my hair. It didn't straighten anything and it didn't even put a kink in my hair let alone a curl. I had it on high heat as well. It also makes a buzzing sound when turned on. I will be returning.

This styling tool just gave my hair kinks when I tried curling my hair. I tried different ways to curl it and all it did was give me kinks no matter what. It also pulled my hair out.

I had this for 2 years until it finally gave out. My mom and I used it. I loved curly m hair with it. My curls would how out nice loose and still pretty. I love the rubber tips at the end of it because it was safe for me to twist to curl. I heats on all the metal or whatever all around it. I have long thick brown hair so it was easy to curl. The only thing I wish for was it to be a bit bigger/thicker so I can curl more of my hair.

I needed an inexpensive iron as I left mine at home while out of town. This is the best hair product I have made in a long time. I just love my hair!

I use my old flat iron to curl my hair. This one is so much better. The outside heats up, and works great for what I wanted. Makes great curls

Straightener doesn't heat very well at all. Definitely not hot enough to straighten let alone give you a cute beach wave. Save up some more and buy a better straightener. Returning definitely.

Still learning how to use it.

This is the first product that I have ever found that curls my hair. I absolutely love it! I like that the cool tips are removable so when I straighten, I can remove them but when I curl I can put them back on. The only down side is it only lasts a year. The barrel stopped heating first, then the straight plates stopped heating. I have a conair straightener that I've had for almost 10 years that still works (maybe this time frame is an outlier in hair tool life but it's what I compare things to). I expected this 2-in-1 to last longer than a year. I only used it for special occasions. Will buy one more to see if the short life was a fluke.

It does the job for the the price.

I love this thing! I've tried curling my hair with curling irons, straighteners and wands and I never really like the way they came out. Picked this baby up and my hair looked like I just left the salon. So satisfied!! Not to mention I curled all my hair in maybe 5 minutes and loved the way it turned out.

My hair hardly ever curls with a flat iron, and if it does, the curls never hold. Enter this miracle tool! I bought this over the weekend because I forgot to pack my flat iron while traveling for a wedding and thought...why not give it a try?! I'm SO glad I did! My curls stayed throughout the night, even after dancing, and even looked great the next day! No frizz, just silky smooth curls in less than half the time it would normally take me to try and curl my hair. Get this. You won't regret it!!

I've had the hardest problem trying to curl my hair by myself but this product made it very easy for me
Hol from Michigan
I could not get my hair to curl with this and if I did the ends looked all crinkled, in theory it is a good idea but didn't work for me
Jen from Roy, WA
Easy if use to straighten hair or add sweeping curl
Kristine from Michigan
I have super thick hair that usually pulls a curl out within minutes. When I use this styler I can go for two days (could go longer but I can't go more than 2 days without washing my hair) It is really easy to use and fast. It only takes me about 15 to curl all of my hair and I have a lot of thick shoulder-length hair.
Terri from Mississippi
Was difficult to achieve what was shown.
Reyrey from Whittier CA
I have wavy hair and was looking for a flat iron that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. This is going back and I will spend a little more for a flat iron that really straightens my hair.

I only do reviews when something is amazing or terrible. This one takes the cake in the hot garbage category. Not only did the rubber tips come off when I was in the middle of trying to style, they aren't even glued down. The barrel for the "curling" part hardly got hot, and the hand fatigue was unreal. This isn't worth 1$, much less $50. Stay away!!!
