Most Helpful Positive Review Smells awesome I received a sample in a beauty box, and fell in love. I used my subscription points to buy full size. It's super foamy and smells like heaven. I think this is a love it or hate it scent but I personally love it. I did have an issue with the pump, TWICE, but BasD quickly sent me a new pump, problem fixed. I knocked off one star because I felt like maybe I was starting to get a little ripe just in time for my next shower (24 hours, usually I can go 36), possibly it was the natural ingredients.
Most Helpful Critical Review Bad fragrance, not "indulgent" Smells like stale, bad, sugar cookies with a slight orange citrus overtone. In my opinion, Creme Brulee should have a brown sugar or slightly burnt sugar (smoky), creamy/vanilla fragrance which is non-existent in this soap. Will have to add some fragrance oil to make it bearable. Does seem to be non-drying, but not what I would characterize as "indulgent", it's simply not that great.

I love the lotion but this turns weirdly sour as a body wash. and please get a different pump. won't come out. have to wait for it to slowly pump back up itself before I can squirt again. little annoying. it is a super creamy consistency though. hydrating

This soap smells really bad, like sour or something. Also, the pump did not work. I had to unscrew the whole thing and pump it in order for it to work. It lathers nice and is soft on the skin though. I would probably try a different option because it did feel nice.

I purchased this on sale, so I'd say the original price point is a bit much for my current budget. I will try other scents out at the sale price, though! It lathers well on a washcloth, doesn't worsen my dry skin or clog pores in the oily places. The fragrance is strong, but I don't think it lasts much longer than my post-shower routine. Can't say that I've ever had true creme brulee, but this smells like an orange and cranberry Christmas cookie to me, and I'm fine with that!

Delicious smell, clean ingredients, silky soft lather. I only knocked a star off because this is the second Basd product I've purchased, and with both purchases, the pump didn't work! Be prepared to transfer your product to a different bottle, or go to the hassle of getting a replacement from the company. They need to get a new supplier for their packaging!

Nice and gentle, does not dry skin. It does not smell like creme brulee, but rather, taro bubble tea to me. I hope Ulta would packaged it better. I order 3 and only 1 survive without a broken pump. Would buy again if I can find it in store.

I agree that the scent needs to be *renamed* but overall this body wash is heavenly. I use it as its name suggests, as an indulgence for my skin, so the powerfully sweet smell is welcome in my book. in fact, I usually pair its usage with an indulgent dessert/bowl of cereal afterwards!
but the kicker is the replenishment of moisture this wash provides to my skin. as a body wash, this product has no equal when it comes to softening my body. I'm repeating my purchase. worth.

Sandalwood bodywash is silky soft. Rinses completely with no residue. It is the best smelling bodywash I have ever had.

After trying several different natural and organic body washes I found this one and I love it! It smells good and It lathers well. The only thing I did not like about it is the pump is too short. I had to loosened the cap to help make it go through the pump easier.

These smell amazing, and I'm glad that they are clean body washes with none of the bad stuff, however, the shipping was terrible. One of the bottles pumps wasn't screwed on all the way, and it leaked everywhere. Also, the fill they used in the box, the little confetti shreds, left black residue all over the bottles labels and so my fingers were black after trying to take out the bottles and clean them up. Not sure I would purchase a second time.

Smells sickly sweet, like sugar and oranges. Doesn't smell like caramel or vanilla. Skin seems to be moisturized enough though. Thankfully I don't notice the smell after I rinse off.

Well, it smells nice, not like creme brulee in any way. But that pump is just downright awful. Similar to another reviewer, I've been having to unscrew the entire top to use it. I am really looking forward to finishing this product so I don't have to use it anymore.

the body wash itself is delightful! it almost smells like cap'n crunch. the only problem is the top of the pump comes detached from the bottle, and as hard as i try i can't seem to attach the cap.

This is now my new favorite wash (I also have the lotion), it smells so good that I have to keep myself from giving it a little taste. Sometimes I think it also smells like cereal...but a delicious sweet cereal. I'll continue to purchase this. (Let's also have a moment to appreciate that Bāsd didn't use packaging peanuts or styrofoam to ship it. I REALLY appreciate that).

I love all the creme brulee products, but this one is really great. My husband never cares what I put in the shower, but he specifically asks for this one. The scent is so yummy and the texture is so creamy. I do have to follow up with the lotion, but its so nice. Will repurchase over and over.
