Most Helpful Positive Review I will definitely purchase again! I received this in the sampling program, and I was skeptical of the claims on the package. It says it smoothes and blurs pores and lines and that it extends make up wear time. I thought it even looked funny coming out of the tube, it's a pinkish light color with almost a shimmery appearance. I applied it on my clean bare face kind of like I would with a facial moisturizer. I then applied my regular cover up which is a liquid and I was stunned! My face appeared much less lined and even, and no other make up has done it to that extent. I have combo skin that ranges from dry to oily depending on the time of year, and my skin is not at all even with the tone and I have some visible pores on my cheeks and nose area. It totally took care of all of that and I only used a very small amount. It's so easy to use it really doesn't add any time to my regular makeup routine and made a huge difference. I don't think there is another primer out there that works this well. It's very lightweight and after it's applied it doesn't feel like I've put anything on at all. It didn't feel greasy or dry my face out, and my skin is very sensitive. I highly reccomend this product for anyone who is not happy with their current primer or want more from it and also to those who aren't using a primer and use coverup, because it will do exactly what you need it to! I am so thankful that I was able to get a sample because I probably wouldn't have ever found out about this product, and now it's an absolute must have. The tube is the same size as a liquid cover up and you need a tiny amount to acheive great results. It has boosted my confidence with my facial makeup and I feel like my face looks good without the lines and pores showing up. I will buy this over and over again because it is that good! With so many products out there it's nice to find some that work great and do what they say they will do! I would purchase other products from this company and I hope others who haven't tried it will!
Most Helpful Critical Review Nope I live for dewy, glowing skin so anything with the word illuminating I'm immediately drawn to. This primer however was no good. Every time I used it I would catch myself wondering why my skin was looking so bad. At first I thought it was the foundation so the next day I changed the foundation but same result. I realized it was the primer that was making my skin look like complete garbage. It wasn't breaking me out or anything, it just emphasized texture I didn't even know I had. It made any bumps on my skin look 10x bigger and any indents look like craters. Not to mention it didn't even make my foundation any more illuminating. Big no from me.

This primer is nice and great for the price. I had hope it had more of a illuminating/blurring effect but it's quite thin. The scent is fine and it doesn't peel when I apply my makeup over it.

I usually get really dark when I spend time out in the sun a lot so when I tried the Illuminating primer 2 years ago, it was really glittery which wasn't too flattering on my skin. But since Covid hit, I figured what the heck. I definitely LOVED the hydrating version of this primer, so I'm willing to try this one again.

this primer is definitely glowy! I would say it's a close dupe to the Glam Glow glow start moisturizer. Definitely extends wear of makeup and even looks good without any other makeup. Definitely recommend!

The best Primer that I've ever tried so far. It does not fade right away. It helps cover up my dark spots on face and it will blend very easy. Easy to take it off as well. So far I'm loving it and will buy for more for sure.

I have pretty much combination skin so this primer works well with my skin. Just a pea sized drop covers my red spots and helps tone my skin before my makeup. I don't use much highlighter/foundation, but this primer helps keep it on all day long. Can't really go wrong with this product.

Overall, I'm a fan of this primer. Goes on nice and smooth and doesn't have a strong make up like scent, rather it's really light and almost fruity/floral. I've only used a few other primers, but this one is definitely the best smelling and best wearing option I've tried.

Love this so much! I'm 52. It brightens and smooths under my makeup. Sometimes I even wear it alone without makeup tO have a refreshing natural look. Please don't ever discontinue this!
