So disappointed!!
Sadly, I ended up hating this product. The reviewers are not wrong - the product gives you definition, but for me it was at a cost of losing volume and softness. Good!
This product works well, the price is a little high, but I think it is worth it. I would give it an eight out of 10. The one thing you do have to make sure of is that your hair is wet, not damp, not almost dry absolutely soaking wet. I also like to dry my hair under a hooded dryer and I think that makes a difference. I have low porosity hair and my curl pattern is 4A.

My hair type is naturally like wild curly and not the thickest. I wanted to tame my curls. I tried to use this product a few times and each time my hair ended up being crunchy. I thought maybe i am not doing this correctly, maybe my hair is not wet enough or i am putting too much. Blow drying it or not still crunchy. To me this product is too thick.

Didn't work with my curls
Wanted to like it. I like the idea, but i get better results with oter products. Left my hair weighed down, dry, and sticky.
I figured it out
I was having the same issues as others- super dry, knotted hair. I think the key is to use a super moisturizing conditioner or mask, comb out any and all knots, and part your hair the way you'd like, then apply to SOPPING WET hair and scrunch. My curls were beautiful and bouncy, and my hair was not dry once I figured it out.
