    This palette competes heavily with other higher end products. Its pigmentation is just as nice as really expensive palettes. The colors are versatile and the shimmers are beautiful. You can go casual or dress it up. Color me surprised!

    I bought this pallete at Ulta today and it says 3 of the shades are face pigments and not to be used around the eyes??? I cant find my version of the palette anywhere online either… is this a misprinted label or a new version of the pallete that includes face pigments???

    Hello, Some pigments are not approved by the FDA for use on the eye area however these are fully approved by the strict European laws for cosmetics and are under constant review by the European Commission and its Member States, assisted by the SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety). The pigments are fully approved by the FDA for use on other areas of the face and we now refer to such palettes as Shadow Palettes. 💖Was this answer helpful to you

    Where is this palette made?

    Hello! This palette is made in China, just in case you're worried, the product still conforms to PETA certification. Since the 1st of July 2014 China Food & Drug Administration (CFDA) made a change which meant testing on animals in China is no longer the law or mandatory. Along with this, the European Union have laws and regulations in place making it illegal to test products or sell products within the EU that have been (or had ingredients) tested on animals.
