I bought this liner in green after searching every affordable brand ,looking for bright colors and pigment and formula .i am amazed at the the bright true kelly emerald bright green!!! And since its water activated it wont ever dry out on the pot!!wont smear or smudge ,could add primer for extra staying power!

I love these eyeliners! great product, highly pigmented and easy to use. I like the brush they come with. I've been using them every day! I hope they make a brown shade. give it a try!

Purchased black and purple. Add a little water to a surface and dip and stir … apply to your hand first to get the right line. Practice makes perfect and its better than gels or other types of liners.

That said, I was incredibly disappointed with how difficult this was to apply and how little control I had over the liner. I also was hoping that I could use this with ease to make wings, but it proved nearly impossible. For someone who seeks precision from an eyeliner, this is not worth your money.
