It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! HAIR FELL OUT
I am beyond irritated with this product/brand. For the past 2 months I have been battling constant and severe hair loss. I looked into evrry cause possible but I never thought to think it would be the product hidden in plain sight that I used on the daily. I naturally had thick and heavy hair but that recently changed when I switched to using this shampoo and the strengthing conditioner. I LOST SO MUCH HAIR!! This is the thinnest my hair has ever been. The hair loss from this product caused me to deal with such bad self image. PLEADE STAY AWAY!!!
New formulation is not good at all
Im very disappointed this used to be the ONLY shampoo that worked perfextly with my thin wavy hair…. It used to clean my scalp well, and give my hair volume all why keeping it soft. The new formula does not clean well, weighs my hair down and leaves grease spots. Biolage please change this formula
