It's not great
I had been looking for a new tinted lip balm, and saw Charlotte Tilbury sold a balm in her iconic "Pillow Talk" shade. The pigment was an ideal sheer shade. The consistency and texture is all wrong. This is not a buttery balm - it's a sticky gloss in lipstick form. My hair stuck to my lips. I could see my lips slowly unstick as I opened my mouth. If I wanted a gloss, I would have bought the gloss. The packaging is very cheap plastic, and the "balm" doesn't retract. C'mon Charlotte, drugstore brands are doing better than this.
The best lip shine for my 47 year old lips
Im 47. Im not into all the trends for the younger generations but this brand has been a favorite. I love this lip gloss- its slick without being oily or sticky feeling. Ita shiny enough- without feeling like you're trying hard. Middle age is about feeling beautiful (FINALLY) in your skin and using cosmetics minimally for a natural finish- not being galmorous all day every day keeping up with the K's. I feel pretty without being overdone.
Buttery perfection
This lip balm is absolutely amazing! This is my second time purchasing, first pillow talk and now crystal happiness. Love them both! This lip balm is soft and buttery and leaves your lips plum with a hint of color.

ive been having flaky dry lips for about a month and i wanted some color but i couldnt wear normal lipstick because of my little issue obviously. btw i have tried everything under the sun (glossier, aquaphor, chapstick, vaseline, ole hendricksen, laneige, lip masks etc…) and i couldnt get my lips better no matter what. i gave up but yeah i still wanted color for a holiday party. so i bought this thinking it would help conceal the flakiness of my lips but still give me color. i had no idea it would actually help them lol. that wasnt even the goal. after just 2 uses my lips went back to normal. i spent a month trying to fix the chap and flakiness and this accidentally healed them omg. it looked good when i had flaky lips as well like i theorized. but anyways this stuff is super hydrating but like actually a penetrating - hydrating. it is a little sticky but i dont even mind now. 10/10 for me then. unexpected but a good surprise. thank u charlotte
