I re-ordered this hand soap from a previous purchase that I loved. Wonderful sent and great feel after washing my hands. This time I ordered several only to find they've change the formula and it's like putting slime on your hands and then rinsing it off. I would never recommend this version of their product.
Musk for Men 2
Love That Soap from Chicago, IL
If you are looking for that lavender from a lavender plant... this is NOT the one. This has an earthy, woody, musky scent that is hard to miss. Heavy.
Smells Like Men's Cologne 2

This is a good product overall. The soap lasts and you usually only need ½ pump. However, the scent was so strong, it lingered in the bathroom long after someone used it. I've never known lavender to smell like men's cheap cologne. In addition, I don't know if this was just a bad batch or what but all 3 bottles (different scents) I bought recently had distinct problem of "globbing" at end of pump. Every time someone used it, soap squirted everywhere except into their hand; clothing, walls, countertops & of course, the sink, literally washing my money down the drain. I hope this next batch is different (and won't include this scent).
The Lavender scent smells like a Men's fragrance. 2

The Herbal Lavender gel hand soap was by the sink in the womens restroom. When I entered the restroom, it smelled like someone had been sampling men's fragrances. Not until I washed my hands, did I realize the fragrance was from this handsoap. The main scent in most mens fragrances is typically lavender, blended in a masculine aquatic manner. This handsoap is also that way - therefore, it is much better suited for men (not the entire family).
Bring back the previous lavender scent!! 1

The previous lavender vanilla scent was AMAZING. This smells awful..like a bad men's cologne. Whoever decided to change the scents of these soaps should be fired.
Disappointing 1

I am a long-time buyer of Ulta hand soap but the new formula is terrible. It's watery. The nozzle immediately clogs and shoots soap in unexpected places. The scent used to be luscious, but this herbal lavender one is particularly unpleasant. It smells like cheap men's cologne and lingers forever. Will not repurchase.
