Not my favorite of American Crew's product line....
It's basically a pomade gel.......product is thick and clear and hardens similar to a gel. Hair has no rework-ability or else you breakup the product and lose the shine. Like a gel. For those reasons, I prefer American Crew's "regular" pomade or "cream" pomade. But obviously if you're looking for a ...

Love this pomade!
Super creamy and not too thick of a paste. It was very easy to style with and easy to wash out. I use it to slick back my pixie cut!

For those reasons, I prefer American Crew's "regular" pomade or "cream" pomade. But obviously if you're looking for a stronger hold (for whatever style or hairs you need to tame), you might want to look at this product. Just know that it has many similarities to a gel. Like all American Crew products, it's water-based on washes out easy.
