Most Helpful Positive Review Astounding & Immediate Changes I am over sixty years old and have been coping with obesity and diabetes for many years. My college roommate was quite successful in losing weight following the Perricone program. I started in early January of this year and dropped ten pounds fairly quickly. But, I hit a plateau and was concerned whether or not this was the route to go.
I'm sure part of my challenge has to do with being insulin dependent and taking other meds.
I decided to take the "next step" and purchase Dr. Perricone's thirty day Health & Weight Management supplements with the hope that they would help speed-up my metabolism. I felt that I needed an additional boost.
I have been on a daily regimen of vitamins and antioxidants, however, using the Perricone products has convinced me to abandon those forever!
I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. The swelling in my calves and legs has basically disappeared, along with the accompanying pain and discomfort. Additionally, I was having knee and joint problems, and those are resolving as well.
Best of all... the scale finally moved a bit... after only a couple of days!
I love the fact that the Perricone program and the supplements help to control my appetite and cravings. (I was a huge binge eater and would consume large quantities of junk food, fast food, pastries, pizza, cheeseburgers, etc.)
My blood sugar levels have never been so low and are normalizing beautifully. I have a ton of energy; my skin looks radiant; and I'm feeling emotionally in control of my life instead of leading a life where food was a priority.
I am more than excited about these outcomes. I feel like a brand new person!
I would definitely recommend these products to others with similar health challenges and situations... especially for seniors.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not worth the price I expected more from the perricone line. I took these supplements for an entire year and they just weren't that great. I did not notice any difference in taking them, plus I realized I needed to supplement them with my own vitamins which sort of defeats the whole purpose of the convenient packs. Several ingredients such as magnesium, vit d, total omega 3 content, cla and co q10 and just way too low. 250 iu of vit d? 10mg of coq10? Come on now! I am a pharmacist so I do have experience with supplements.

I have used this product for the past 3 weeks, one packet an hour before breakfast and lunch and it has definitely reduced my appetite, i have been loosing about 2 pounds per week ( unfortunately i do not have time to exercise ) or would have been more. It has helped me with portion control which seems to be helping with my weight. However, I do not see a huge change in my skin.

I haven't been using long enough to get any benefits yet, but the pills are large and I'm having a hard time getting them all down. If you are sensitive at all to swallowing pills you probably want to pass on these. I'm hoping I can get through the 30 day supply that I purchased. I won't be repurchasing.

I started using this product in spring of 2019. My weight was where I wanted it to be at that time but I love food way to much and wanted to find supplement that will help me stay in shape. It took me two months to see actual performance of the supplement. I use to take a packet before each meal but now, I only take a pocket in the morning and if I am going to have a heavier meal than usual that day. This product works great for me as I have not gained any weight since I started using the pockets. Aside from weight management, these supplements made my skin look so amazing. I do not brake out as much as I use to. I can't imagine not having them by my side. I highly recommend this product to anybody who is looking for something to keep them in line. Also, I must add, I make better food choices and I exercise 2-4 times a week. They give me an additional amount of energy as well!

I use the DMAE, it does make you look younger. Today, I had a woman at work tell me that she was having Geriatric Pregnancy and that I wouldn't know about it because I was so much younger than her. I think she was something like over 29 years of age or above, Geriatric Mother's age. If I wasn't 20 years older than her I couldn't convince her either way. After taking the Perricone prescription, since 2001, I have gotten extremely Healthy. I was on High Blood Pressure Meds, High Cholesterol Meds. I worked for 20 years then got married and then started my family. I took Co-enzyme Q10 one day, I was sweating and uncomfortable and my blood pressure was 140 over 90 and the new blood pressure Meds (the third one) never changed that number. and in 30 minutes I got cooler and relaxed and I took my BP and it was 125 over 75. It was 140 over 90 30 minutes prior. Today it's 106 over 60 and my heart rate is 50, almost 20 years later. I took the Perricone Prescription before and the co-enzyme through my pregnancy, I walked, no pain and I had a healthy girl at 38 years of age, she is now 16 and is in her 2nd year of College. I had a Gastric Bypass and when the Cardiologist was doing my final examination before surgery, she said she had to prescribe a blood pressure medicine to me to take that night. She asked if I had been seeing another Doctor because there is no Cholesterol or Blood Pressure Medicine that had been prescribed to me in over a Year. I never refilled. She was insistent that there was no Supplement that could bring my Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Down. I told her then I will remain healthy and not lethargic from the BP Medication that I had. After loosing 240 lbs after GP and with the PerriconeP Keeping me healthy and young looking I had my second child healthy when I was 42. They do reduce the inflammation and makes your skin inside and out young again.
I didn't lose weight, but it caused me stomachache. 3

I bought these and have been taking them and I think it is a good formulation. But I won't buy again because of the Prop65 Lead Warning. I contacted customer service to find out what the potential lead exposure is and I was told it was 'naturally occuring'. It would be one thing if the packaging had a dye that had lead. But since I'm ingesting them and nobody can tell me which pill to avoid or anything else, I won't reorder. They've done their part to warn and since I have no idea the order of magnitude or source, I'll choose something else next time. Heavy metals aren't anything to mess with because they, and esp lead, stays with you forever since you can't metabolize it out. And they wouldn't warn unless there was potential exposure with these.

This is the 2nd time in 4 months I had to take this because perricone md keeps running out of stock of my total body supplement. I do not need the weight loss ,but this it what the company sent instead. As a loyal paying customer for several years I am disappointed not to be able to consistently get the product that works for me without side effects.

I take these supplements everyday and have been for at least the last decade with few exceptions. I've noticed during those times I've not used them I feel fatigued and notice my skin and general health are not as good. I highly recommend to anyone who is health conscious!

I don't know if I can take all of the pills three times per day everyday . They literally make you nauseous. It's been less than a week and I don't feel any difference in energy or my skin. Will try to use product for the whole 30 days but I will not buy it again especially for the price. I'll probably lose some weight simply because you lose your appetite. I've also had a headache everyday so far.

I bought this for myself for my 45th birthday but I was concerned that all these supplements would upset my stomach. I'm very sensitive to vitamins and didn't think I could do it. But this hasn't been an issue at all. I've only been taking them 1 week. Today is day 7 and I can't believe the change in my skin. Absolutely amazing. I haven't lost any weight but I chose these as weight management more than for weight loss. I've increased lean protein in my diet which may be helping curb the carb cravings but the supplements seem like they are working on that too. Not even a desire/craving for a glass of wine at night (truly amazing). If you can stand taking all these pills, you will definitely see great results for your skin. Smoother, decreased wrinkles around mouth and eyes (for sure!). After the 28 days I may switch to the 'casual' supplement line as in the long run, I will likely stick to a plan with less daily supplements.

I have used this product with the 28 day diet. I followed the diet as stated on the 28 day program, with daily exercises. It did wonders to my body. I lost 30 pounds in three weeks. Also my face looked beautiful. I received a lot of compliments from my co-workers and from my family. I regret the fact that I did not continue on this healthy path. Therefore, I will begin this process again. I recommend it. But it has to be followed as is stated on the Dr. Perricone's Program. It's Worth It. For "Healthy Reason" and because it improves your skin. So let's begin this regimen.

I take two packets a day because I only eat two meals and because of the price. Even with only two packets a day, I am seeing results. I have had two knee operations and looking to a future knee replacement. I could not bend my knee to walk and had to walk stiff legged because of much swelling from inflammation. Since taking this product, I have taken a few steps with a bit of bending. I know that does not sound like much but to me it is a large step forward. I may not need knee replacement. Also, my mood have improved, my skin is becoming smooth, and my crutch of sweets is slowing down. I cannot say enough about this supplement-it really does work.
