I use this product along with L'anza Healing Smooth. I apply 2 or 3 pumps Smooth from the mid-shaft down and work through entire bottom section. I really like the design foam. I do heartless curlers at night and then touch-up with my iron in the morning and it HOLDS! It's still soft and bouncy it's a new must have for me. I add it after my wash day and good to stay styled until the next wash.
