Orly's Harry Potter Lumos Glow In The Dark Topper - The Light Spell. This glow in the dark topper is a confetti that glows in the dark that can be worn alone or layered.

Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils. Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry. Optional: Apply 2 coats of your preferred ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Apply 1-2 even layers of Lumos Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Expose nails to a light source to activate the glowing effect. Maintain your manicure using ORLY Cuticle Oil 2 times a day.

Super cute
I already had 5 bottles of nail polish in my hands when I saw this Harry Potter glitter, naturally I added it to my shopping trip. It does really glow in the dark. Definitely a cute idea for kids.
Dries fast - for Harry Potter fans
It dries quickly. I suggest 3 coats if you want it very sparkly. If not, at least two. Add a top coat for shine. If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is very fun. I just put my hands up to the light in my room before bed to see the glow-in-the-dark affect. There is a ton of polish in the bottle so I am sure this will last me for years. I would buy it again.
Getting a second bottle
Really enjoying this nail polish. Went on very smooth and dried quickly. Two did two coats and a clear coat. My nails glowed so bright. Love the lil extra touch of confetti glitter that was added for extra sparkle. Between the sparkle and fun glowing my inner 8yr old is loving this purchase. Added bonus polish smells like butter beer.
Lumos Maximus!
I love this glow in the dark topper. I say topper but it does look well on its own. A glow effect is powerful and I love the iridescent flakies. Will wear time and again.
Brighter than I expected!
The glow is strong! Fun to see more mainstream brands get into magnetic and special effect toppers like this! Will definitely pull this out come Halloween.
