Best wing ever.I bought this out of desperation on a trip after I forgot my eyeliner. I wear a heavy wing everyday and this liner Does. Not. Move. Seriously, the best I've ever found, goes on smooth, stays all day long and truly still does not come off (even after a shower) and unlike most liquid liners it doesn't irritate my eyes. 👍Terrible!So the main selling point was/is this liner is H2O proof. Well it smeared all over my face with just water. The applicator tip was solid and felt hard as a rock. I haven't had any luck with finding a eyeliner that actually does what it says. They either smear & wipe off or they chip off after it dries. ANYWAYS don't waste your money on this junk because it lies!

Great eyeliner and is truly waterproof, but the applicator is rock hard so it just hurts putting around my eye. Wish it had the same applicator as the non waterproof liquid eyeliner.

If you have watery eyes like me I highly suggest you try using this product from Wet and Wild. In the past I have used the elf eyeliner which I liked but for me it would always mess up because my eyes are watery because of allergies.

For the price I say give it a try! However the applicator is terrible. It's hard to not get too much product and when I try to wipe some off it ends up not being enough. The applicator is hard to work with and is uncomfortable in your hand. It really is waterproof and while doesn't react to water it doesn't really last all day.

Had an emotional breakdown twice at work.5/5 stars it didn't even budge. Definitely my go-to eyeliner! You never know what the day is going to bring, at least you know your makeup is safe.
