I really like the color and it can be dressed up or casual. The barrette is a little longer than I had anticipated, but my fine hair is able to stay with some help from hairspray.

I received the brushed baguette gunmetal as part of an agreement to provide my honest review. When I received this item it looked so big I wondered if it would fit my thinner hair. I was pleasantly surprised! It held well even without much to hold on too. It is made very well and seems like it will last a while. Finally, it's a simple piece and will work with many styles.

I LOVE The Hair Edit accessories and this one is super chic! Great quality and good hold. A tad too big for my chin-length hair but I do think it would be stunning on medium to long hair. Highly recommend!!

My hair is kinda thin so finding a barrette that doesn't slide out is almost impossible. I was very impressed with this one. It stayed in all day and was actually nice and tight. I would definitely purchase these in the future.

I didn't expect it to be as wide or long as it is. My hair is not quite thick and full as this barrette needs. Also my head is not wide enough either. Lol!

I love my new barrette from hairedit! First, I love how wide it is! It really makes such a statement with such an understated elegance. Second, I really love that it isn't wimpy. It holds up a good amount of hair and feels really sturdy in my hand! The barrette would look great for a night out and for everyday t-shirt and jeans look too! So versatile!

I recently tried the Brushed Baguette slim metallic hair barrette. The extra slim and long design is perfect for a variety of hair styles. There are 2 prongs on the side that are easy to push for a quick release. The gun metal color is the perfect accent to any outfit. I absolutely love this barrette!

I have thick coarse hair and most clips won't lock into place and just slide. This clip actually holds my hair firmly in place and doesn't let go until I unclip it. I've even used it at the gym during a HIIT class.

I have thin, fine hair which I wear wavy each day. This barrette will hold my hair half-up or it will even hold all of my hair at the base of my neck. It seems to have two levels of "locking" when you click it close to help keep it in place. I love the minimalist style and the price point is great.
