- Step 1 - Degrease nails with Green Flash Nail Polish Remover.
- Step 2 -Apply the Green Flash base along the edge of the nail and catalyze under the 36W LED lamp for 1 minute.
- Step 3 - Apply your favorite Green Flash color, edging the nail well and catalyzing under the 36W LED lamp for 1 minute Repeat step 3 for 2 thin coats of color.

Overall I really like this system. It takes a bit of getting used to in terms of making the coats thin enough, but in time you get it. From start to finish it takes me about 30 minutes to do my nails. I'm still a bit careful for a bit after I'm done, because I don't think they set quite as hard as gel, but they are close and so much easier than waiting for regular polish to dry. For me, it lasts longer than regular nail polish, but not as long as actual gel. It is much much easier than gel to remove though, so that is a huge bonus and in itself worth it! It truly comes off as easy as they claim with absolutely NO damage to your nail. The only downside is ordering colors online is tough. 2 of the colors I received in the kit weren't what I thought they were and I will not likely wear them. Overall I am very happy, will continue to use it (sticking to colors I'm certain I'll like) and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
