Apply an even layer onto face, neck and chest, avoiding the eye area. Start with a few applications a week and increase use, if tolerable. Use no more than once a day. Follow with moisturizer. Slight tingling or redness upon application may occur. Patch test prior to use is advised.
Precautions: Sunburn Alert: Contains an AHA that may increase skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I love glycolic acid, but please be careful as 10% can be highly sensitizing–specifically for skin of color individuals– as it can burn your skin and deep hyperpigmentation can appear. I returned mine and opted for Naturium's 8% glycolic acid, and I personally think the percentage makes all the diff...

Had some very difficult dark spots on the side of my face that an esthi said could only be removed by freezing off. I'd tried dermaplaning, microderm abrasion, and other dark spot products. This product, along with daily dermaplaning, has almost removed these spots! Couldn't be more happy. Just know if doing this it is a pretty intense feeling (tingling and burning sensation) and you may need to work up to it vs doing it daily like I did.

Small whitehead patch breakout above my eyebrow the morning after . I applied this glycolic gel exfoliate Overnight , After cleansing with niacinamide gelee, and moisturizing with niacinamide gel cream moisturizer. Face tingled a bit upon application of the exfoliator (subsided quickly) eyebrows and jawline was itchy here and there. Woke up to a breakout. Plan on replacing AHA with BHA exfoliator and gel cream moisturizer with water gel moisturizer , in hopes this will be my personal skincare regimen. Fingers crossed !
