I love the Glow Reviver lip oil so much. I got it in Pink Quartz and it's so hydrating and the Pink Quartz shade gives you a very light pink tint. I bought this product in the shade Coral Fixation, and I own other lips oils such as Dior, and this product is "drugstore" but wasn't as buttery and not to mention the applicator is peeling the small bristles are falling off into the product and the applicator is literally balding. Overall yes I would recommend this over a liner, but beware your lips can get dry quick from lip oil. If you're on a budget for sure, if not maybe pass.
Would recommend, but be aware…
Really great peoduct! My only complaint is that when in my car or makeup bag the product leaks a little bit. If you're ablw to stor upright 100% of the time this wouldn't be a problem for you.
