Excellent Formula in the Wrong PackagingThe glossy shampoo and conditioner might be the best combo I've ever used for my 3b-3c curls. I pair this with the brand's curl leave-in conditioner and curl cream. After comparing my styling results after using these products compared to others, I understand what stylists and curly hair experts say about the right shampoo and conditioner making or breaking your final results. This conditioner is fast becoming my holy grail. It is very thick, and honestly think they could have marketed it as a deep conditioner if they wanted to. I've personally never been aware of another brand calling out peach kernel oil as their star ingredient, but more brands should because my hair loves this stuff. In the normal product size I don't understand why they didn't put this in a squeeze tube (like their hair masks) or pump bottle. The conditioner is so thick that even after repeated attempts to get it to shift up in the bottle - even storing it inverted - it won't budge. It stays locked into the bottom of the bottle and is very difficult to squeeze out. If you have physical limitations I'm not sure how you'd use this without assistance. I'm willing to put up with this for now because I love the product so much, but if I repurchase I'll purchase the larger size in hopes the pump solves the issue. Please, Verb, repackage this. Don't discontinue or drastically reformulate what is a packaging issue and not a product formulation issue!High hopes, smashedI fell in love w/ your GHOST CONDITIONER which brought me to your site. Seeing your GLOSSY line & being a long time bleach blonde, I had high hopes. I'm really sorry to say but for me, it worked nothing like the incredible Ghost. I was worried before any product made it to my hair because I couldn't get it out of the bottle. I love rich, substantial conditioners but this took all my strength & both hands to squeeze what I could onto my leg ( since no one was there to assist ) I wouldn't of minded all that extra effort if it came w/ brilliant results. Unfortunately, it came & left me w/ knotty snarls impossible to remedy w/o getting back in the shower ( actually I did it in the kitchen sink cuz dealing w/ knots, tuckers me out ) Whatever's in this glossy formula, doesn't mesh w/ my hair chemistry because it was awful. I have to say, you've taught me expensive hair products doesn't mean excellent product. That's disappointing to anyone but especially those of us who really enjoy long, pretty hair. The shipping was super fast, I'll give you that. I didn't have to wait long to be disappointed.

Does everything it says it will. Only been using it for a week and my hair is already looking more hydrated and less frizzy. Definitely already noticed a big difference in my hair

Five stars if they change the bottle!

This is the best conditioner I've found for my very thick, coarse, wavy hair. However, it is a pain in the neck to get out of the bottle. I also hesitated buying again because that part is so annoying.

This isn't the one for me

I wanted to love this Glossy shampoo and conditioner, but it just isn't hitting the mark for me. I always shampoo my hair twice, but holy cow there was zero lather with the first wash and only a little with the second wash. And after rinsing for what felt like 5 minutes, I still didn't feel like my hair was clean after shampooing. I will say that I did like the thick consistency of the conditioner and felt that at did a good job of detangling, but overall as a set I do not love this line. I LOVE Verb's hair styling products--especially Ghost Oil and their texture and volume sprays...but I'm gonna be passing this Glossy shampoo and conditioner on to my mom because it might be better for her hair type.
