Pretty dry gel
Not living. It's pretty dry. Not sure if it's because it was sitting in the warehouse too long or if that's how it's supposed to be, but the description does say "gooey gel." So, I don't know but I'm going to mix some water in there to see if I can give it new life.

Absolutely adorable. It sticks exactly toy where you put it, its not greasy like other glitter products are. It stays on for a long time and is durable. The little jar it comes in is perfect for on the go. And I love the sparkle and the added stars! I love this glitter.
