It has works wonders for meScalp troubles like rashes and flakes can be caused by a number of different issues. I have been diagnosed with scalp psoriasis. This product along with the conditioner and serum have made my scalp clearer than it's been in a very very long time. It's worked better than some of the prescriptions I've tried. Psoriasis is notorious for having a treatment work for a period of time and then all of a sudden not work so I'm going to enjoy the smell of this product while it works. It's so nice having my hair smell good and not medicinal. The slight oily feel is something I'm completely willing to live with for the clear scalp. I've had minimal flakes and itching in the months I've been using it. This product isn't for everyone but for me it's been phenomenal and if you have scalp psoriasis or other scalp issues it's absolutely worth a try.Wasted moneyI came to buy the tea tree oil, but was distracted by the ginger because of the reviews. This poured into my hand like water and almost none of it made it to my hair. I repeated this so I could have some shampoo in my hair. It literally smells like ginger and it's not pleasant. That's not a smell you want in your hair. It did not lather up very well, and had a zero benefits. My hair is flat and frizzy.

I have a bad dry dandruff scalp. I may even have psoriasis on my scalp, but I haven't been to a doctor to confirm it yet. I have tried other ginger/tea tree shampoos that seemed to have worked for some time or even made my scalp worse. This works

I am pleasantly surprised this shampoo and conditioner help my dry scalp. I like them both very much. I use it once a week and use another products on the other days. I am just pleased it's helping my dry scalp, so I'm a thankful for that.

Worth Buying Again

I've been hunting for a new shampoo for over a year now and this is the first one I'm purchasing again. I tried the Tea Tree first and much preferred this one—while it is does have a thin consistency (especially compared to the Tea Tree, which is weirdly goopy), it actually lathers much better & smells better. If you like the smell of fresh ginger then you will like the scent. I also have a bit of scalp psoriasis and this definitely does not clear mine up, but it doesn't irritate it. Hair just feels nice & clean after washing, no residue.
