Best Gel Polish I have found without a light. I hate spending time in a salon and getting charged $35.00 to $55.00 every two weeks for gel polish. I keep my nails short due to my profession, so getting my nails done every two weeks is a must. This polish goes on some what smooth, some of the colors need two or three coats but I can deal with it since it drys almost immediately. The whole process took all of 1/2HR, I also let the color dry for about 5 mind before putting on the top coat. Will definitely be buying more!
I got the color neutral party, a beautiful greyish purple. While I love the color, The only thing gel-like about this polish is the fact that it is applies extremely thickly. Unlike gel polish, however, it dries much too quickly to level itself out, and you are left with a streaky mess. Even after thinning the polish with polish thinner (polish thinner and acetone are different, acetone is worse at thinning polish!) it was still streaky to apply. Also, contrary to its name "gel-shine", the polish dries to a finish somewhere between matte and shiny, like white out - definitely not shiny without a top coat. The color saves it for me, but I always get so frustrated during application. Two stars for the color and the opacity.

Some of the shades are super thin (lavender grey) and some don't dry EVER (taupe, cream, and light green). None of them last longer than a traditional lacquer. The ones that are good are like a traditional polish.

I purchased hot & fresh online because I was hoping for a nice chocolate brown. The shade is practically black, unfortunately, so I sent it back. I like the Ulta formula usually but sometimes I'm negatively surprised by what the color ends up being in person.

I have natural nails and it's been difficult to find the color tones I like best. Until I found the Ulta beauty polish. There are so many beautiful colors to choose from. Polish goes on evenly and smoothly and lasts. Polishing my nails has become so much easier with this polish.

I was very disappointed in the finish and how quickly it wore off.

Lasted longer than 4 day w/o chipping, even after doing dishes! That's pretty good for a store brand.

Was looking for neon yellow, but got watered down nacho cheese. This isn't even banana, per the name, more like a dull yellow-orange. Now if nacho hues are your thing, that's cool, but keep in mind the following. This goes on somewhat thin. I had to put three coats to not see my nail, but you may want four, for a more even finish. After about 8 or 9 days I started to see some "chipage," that's with three coats plus a clear coat. That said, not really worth the price in my opinion, even if you like the color. Lastly, for what it's worth, I was under the impression that this was cruelty free, but I don't see the logo anywhere on the bottle.

I recently picked up the color Hazel Honey. I honestly did not expect it to last as long as it did. Usually my polish chips off in a few days but this one has lasted almost a week. It definitely has a long dry time but it's well worth it.

The nail product was great. This is the first time I bought it. I will buy it again. Just love that color.

Listen I am incredibly vain and yet on a budget for the moment. I have gone from regular nail appointments to doing my nails myself over the last two years so when I say I have done my best to learn how to give myself a proper manicure believe me. I have used so many different kinds of polish and without fail they all chip within two or three days, nothing really lasts a full week before I'm touching up. Except for this polish. I don't know why it doesn't have five stars. I have told my friends about this. On day four I stuck my fingers in my boyfriends face with glee so he could appreciate it. They are still perfect after five days. Not a single chip. And I didn't even apply a topcoat. I am buying this polish in every color. Ten stars.

I love how vibrant the colors are, however, it comes off easily if you accidentally rub your hand on something and this is with 20 mins of drying with 2 coats. Don't think I will be buying this again.

I got the light purple. Thin enough to paint easily. Dries pretty quickly. Needs 3 coats with drying time between for full coverage.

Awful nail polish. Doesn't dry quickly and has a sticky, tacky finish. My nails were chipping and peeling after one day.

decided to try this when I went in to buy the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel. This ULTA Gel Shine set far out weights the Sally Hensen brand. I was lucky if I could get 4 days out of the miracle gel, but I'm 7 days out from my first application of this polish set and it looks perfect still. No peeling, chipping or fading. Very happy with this product and anxious to try out additional colors.

I try to use it. But it did not dry at all. Product says doesn't need uv light but after 3 minutes i used it to see if the product would dry and it did not. Waited a total of 7 minutes and the product was still wet on my nail.

Worst product ever. It dried poorly and peeled away. Both the step one and step two polishes were trash.

I had to apply so many coats and it takes forever to dry. It looked horrible after so I just took it off.

This is a extremely runny product.

This does not work well. Would need at least 3 coats to make it look good. Not worth the hassle.

Before a friend turned me on to Ulta brand polish, I used OPI/Essie exclusively. The Ulta color selection is AMAZING! Not as long wearing as OPI/Essie (10-14 days) but I can get up to 7 days out of it. Totally worth saving the money since I usually paint weekly - even better when it's B2G1F!

I painted my toe nails with this polish, let it dry overnight (I mean nothing touching my toes at all), put on shoes 12 hours later and boom...totally destroyed polish. How could that be? Why would it take polish 12 HOURS to still not be totally dry?

The brush is really flimsy and thick & the hairs are sparse I applied 2 THIN layers and used my led/uv lamp & it just doesn't dry it stays tacky/gooey as well applied a thin base coat and didn't help the long wear

If you use a white base nail polish then this nail polish it would look amazing

I went in to use a $10 of coupon. They couldn't get the coupon to work so she just took some off of each product to equal $10. The top on the nail polish broke when I was twisting it back on. I went back in to exchange and since my receipt had I paid less I was going to have to pay the difference to get a new bottle. I chose to just get my money back.

I bought this because the color matched perfectly for a a salon manicure that had chipped badly. It's so bizarre because it'll look fine and a day or two will have passed, and it ends up mushy and smudges off. I decided to paint my toes with it to see if maybe I had been too heavy handed, but with two thin coats, a top coat, and 15 minutes between it's still tacky 2 hours later! I'm afraid I'm going to have gummy polish all over my sheets when I wake up tomorrow :( in the trash it goes.
