Most Helpful Positive Review Love this line, great set to test it out! I really, really like this line from Essie! I've never been one to splurge on polishes other than the top coat but I do find this line to actually hold up well! The top coat works great but this line with the essie gel setter top coat works awesome as well. I wish the polish was just a little more affordable but if you can snag a coupon or deal from Ulta it's worthwhile. (I haven't seen coupons for this anywhere else!) The two pack saves you a little $ if you're needing a new top coat or just trying it out. The pink is great if you like nude nails with just a hint of pink, if you want to see more color I would pick a different shade. Keep the new colors coming!
Most Helpful Critical Review Not worth it Painted my nails at 5:00, polish was chipped by 10:00. Total waste of $ and nothing like a gel set. I'll go back to Seche Vive.

My nails typically last two days before chipping. I'm four days in and they still look great!
Love this 5

This is the only at home product that I have used that last for 1 week with no chips and still has a shine. You could easily get 2 weeks if you touched up the tips. I went back and bought 2 more colors. Dries fast too.
I love this set 5

No chipping but not the best coverage 4
Eli from Charlotte, NC
It's a little clear so if that's a bother then go with a different shade, but they truly haven't chipped and I type on a computer, lift weights, and live a rambunctious lifestyle and will be buying more colors for sure! And it's 2 step = time saver!
Holy grail! 5

It's helped my nails grow stronger after having acrylics. Doesn't last as long as it says but I just take it off and reapply it once a week. I work for Ulta DC and it holds up longer than regular polish.
Kinda Magical 5

Quick drying and somehow just smooths itself out. I actually bumped my nails twice after putting on the top coat and it just self-leveled so that it doesn't even look like I smudged it at all. I've never had that happen with a nail polish and really thought I was going to have to start over. The polish coat is the perfect sheer neutral if you're pale and just evens out the nail color (I get those little white marks on my nails and this blends them out) and looks really classy. Would be a great base if you wanted to do French tips or if you just needed a neutral/really professional, polished color.
Love this line 5

Seriously an amazing line. I used to skimp out on nail polish prices, until I tried essie's gel line. I personally find the lasting power to surpass any other brand I've tried, and I'm fairly rough with my hands/nails. Also, as someone who bites their nails (especially from stress) I really like just peeling these off, once it's really to repaint them. I notice I don't bite my nails as much, but that's just my own personal plus lol
Really does look like gel 5
Sam from San Antonio
I bought this after my manicure chipped and I didn't want to go and get another one, just needed a polish change and a good file. Went to ULTA and bought this along with their $2 nail files and it looks exactly like the $60+ manicures with gel polish that I've gotten in the past, except this one is normal nail polish and it won't need to be taken off with the drill. Save your money and give this a try!
Former OPI girl 5

OMG. I have lived OPI my entire adult life. I bought a sample of Essie Couture. The brush is key. The polish y on perfectly. While I still love the array of OPI colors and the quality, I feel for the novice, Essie is so much easier to apply. Also, Eddie feel couture has lasting power.
I am buying more gel couture by Essie 5
Sammy from San Francisco
The is so easy to apply because it settles into itself. In other words, it doesn't look clumpy at all. It looks super smooth and professional. It lasts about a week depending on lifestyle. I use plastic gloves constantly at work and it still lasted me. Worth the money if you don't want to pay for as may manicures and like to have your nails done. A great investment. I want to buy more gel couture colors!

So easy! Dries super fast too 5

Love this product. Easy to apply, not thick at all & it dried super fast with no need for UV light
This bail polish lasts! 5
JB from Raleigh, NC
This polish looks like I had my nails professionally done. It has lasted extremely well even with me doing yard work. It comes off with regular polish remover and no special equipment is require to apply it.
Best option for affordable gel manicure! 4
Gianna from Milwaukee
Great product, hasn't chipped yet since i put it on 4 days ago which is surprising for me! Super cute natural-nude pink color
Great at-home manicure option 4
ultabuyer123 from Virginia
I bought this starter set and have already purchased more base colors! The curved brush makes application a breeze and it dries quickly compared to typical polishes. It definitely is long wear, but make sure to seal the edges of the top coat because that's where it starts chipping first.

See through. You need four coats for it to look pink.
BEST.POLISH.EVER. 5
Jen from Stockton
I cannot believe how wonderful this set is and how well it performs! First off the pink color is a perfect natural nail color with a slight pink tinge. I wore this pelage for almost 2 straight weeks completely chipped free, then when I went to remove it oh my god so easy. This polish being gel exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and color, A must try!
The best nail polish ever! 5
Susu from Houston
For the first time in my life, I have beautiful nails! I had given up on regular polish because it peeled off in a day. This lasts perfectly for over a week and my nails look healthy when it is removed!
LOOVE the color and shine! 5
Boston Sandy from Boston, MA
Gorgeous sheer color that looks great with any outfit! I've worn the polish for over a week with no chips or flaking, which is something I can't say about any other nail polish I own. I like to use 3-4 coats for a natural but noticeable semi-sheer look. This is my new favorite polish!!
Great Product 4

I really had to try this for myself when the box said "14 day wear." It took about 5 coats to get the color I wanted. It dried fairly fast, but it did not last 14-days. It's definitely a strong nail polish, but I think it would only last 14 days if I didn't have use of my hands. It's also pretty pricey. It's kind of worth it, kind of not.
Pretty in pink 5
KarinaKara from New Jersey
I went into this with 0 expectations and was most pleasantly surprised. It's like a gel manicure and it was very quick and easy to do. I may look into purchasing other colors. I received quite a few compliments and was asked if I'd gotten a manicure. The color is very light and subtle. I think it would look good on anyone
