How to Use

Prep with Pigment Primer if desired. Apply and blend using your fingers or Dual Silicone Applicator.

Funny thing is it's a powder! But as soon as you touch to swipe/Swatch/apply it turned to like a cream shadow. The pigment is amazing. Layers beautifully. Lasts quite a long time and doesn't crease even on my hooded/double creased eyes lol. I am about to check all the colors cause I was specifically looking for greens when I was in store and stumbled on this. I purchased:Happy Hippie, Hunty, Radiocast. When I received them I was so excited, the colors looked great in the viles. That excitement soon turned to disappointment. I applied primer on my lids and used my finger to put the pigment on my lid. There was so much fall out and it clumped. Once I was able to blend what was left on my actual lid, it lacked much pigment. I then tried to pack the pigment on my lid with not only my finger, but also a dense brush. Nothing worked. Even after I applied a finishing spray, I had a bit of fall out throughout the day. In fact, a friend and I were at lunch and she said, "You have green on your cheek." It was the foil pigment!! Am I using this product wrong? I am so disappointed because I bought 3 colors, not just one. I spent money on a product that I don't like and will not use. Waste of money.
