I have how polished it looked and how much it made my eyes pop! I created a look on my Instagram page if anyone wants to check it out @callherpassion
I buy tons of make-up this is EASILY the worst thing I have every bought. I saw it in the store and loved the color and texture. Got home and tried it out. It doesn't go on at all! I tried my finger first and that is definitely the best way I found to "put it on" but it spread out way to much, was not buildable, instead it got clumpy when trying to build up. Next I tried a brush and it is almost impossible to get on one because of the texture, you have to scoop it onto the brush. Then I tried it with a brush and setting spray and it turned clumpy, also tried wetting my finger and then dipping into the product, which once again made it clumpy, so either it gets clumpy or spreads out way too much. At the end of the hour I spent trying to make it work my eye hurt so bad because of what I believe is fine glitter in it, my eyelid hurt for the next 3 days. I would give this product a 0 if I had the option.

I have purchased this product in gold and silver! I love sheering and blending this product as a base and then blending powder shadows over top and setting with spray the outcome is beautiful! It's also fantastic as a highlight in the inner corner or center of lid for a halo eye with the glitter primer underneath! Either way love this product and I'm buying in every color!

I use a lot of cream shadow formulas and this is probably one of the worst! First, the texture is really strange and doesn't pick up on the finger well (almost like it balls up on itself). It's also incredibly patchy when you try to put it on your eye, and the glitter fallout is terrible. A huge pass on this. The color I got was Beauty Buzz.

This is amazing it's literally that eyeshadow I've been looking for. You can go light or heavy with this. It's had this amazing glitter gold wet look to it. In love !!!

The best of the best. So beautiful, so pigmented, and just straight glides on. Perfect! Absolutely stunning.

Long story short: use a silicone applicator to put this on. As mentioned in other reviews, it's difficult to use with the traditional foam applicator and/or fingertip. Even with the silicone "brush", it's better to tap it on. As soon as you blend, it changes from a foiled look to a dense glitter, which is nice but might not be what you want.

It almost acts exactly like gold foil. I love using the black as a liner. I apply it with a stiff brush. It's not really blendable, so it's something I apply at the very end for small, impactful details. I'd love if they'd make this with even larger flakes

I ended up returning both the silver and the gold of these I purchased. They are hard, not creamy and not much picked up on my finger tip.

I've purchased this before in the "beauty buzz" pink color... I ordered it this time and the label says beauty buzz but it is most certainly NOT the same pink color-- this is almost like an orange tone. Very bizarre. I'm pretty sure I'm going to return it as I needed a replacement PINK foil and already have a bunch of this neutral orange gold type tone in a million palettes. I'm trying to upload a picture now so you can see that it's clearly NOT what is pictured on the site. I think maybe their manufacturing put the wrong label on or something.

This is a jelly type cream eyeshadow and it's perfect

If you've ever used gold-foil (or any other metal foil) then you know what to expect.
I see many comments on here about the application but, to me, it is right there in the name! Foiled metal is not the easiest to work with and this product mimics it as closely as makeup could...lol
I love it but, if you don't know what to expect, I can see why people wouldn't like this product. It truly looks like foiled metal when tapped on and brushing reduces the particle size, so it is more of a glitter, but with either application technique the product does last a good amount of time. I've used it as a topper and by itself, looks beautiful either way!

1st - I got the color Beauty Buzz, which looks pinkish on the app on my phone but is a warm gold irl.
It wasn't what I expected to pick up at the store but it is very pretty.
2nd - It applies best with a silicone applicator or finger and dries down to last a long while, it is beautiful as a sheer all-over wash or as a topper (I had no probs applying it).
Depending on how it is applied, tapping vs brushing, it gives a foiled look or what I would describe as a chunky, glittery effect (the foil just breaks down to smaller pieces). Also, had no problem removing with a double cleanse.

Had to use my finger to apply. It was a little crumbly, but it looked nice once it was on.

Got shade woman of steel. I've tried every application I can think of to get this product to work. Eyeshadow primer, no primer, using a brush, using my finder, using a disposable eyeshadow applicator. Nothing works. It crumbles in the pan when you apply pressure, goes on patchy or not at all, and looks flaky on the eye. Very disappointing.

Very pretty but the pigment fades and becomes patchy with the faintest blending. It's really frustrating to work with. It may be ok as a topper shadow that you just tap on but it does not work at all if you want to blend it out.

I bought 2 colors and one is worse than the other. If you apply with your finger you don't get a lot color, but if you apply with a brush u have to work really hard to pick enough pigment, but then it gets clumpy and leaves clumps in the pan or falls all over the place. It also burns my eyes.

I love these foil cream eyeshadows. They can be soft or dramatic for a multidimensional look.
Caution: the Beauty Buzz color is not the shade that it appears to be. I thought it was supposed to be a pretty light pinkish color.... instead it more of a coppery gold. :(

These are very high impact metallic shadows, which I love. I apply over a glitter primer for the best wear (love the NYX glitter primer, little goes a long way). The shade I got, beauty buzz, is not what it is in the photo. It is shown as a light pink-brown, but it is straight up gold in person.

The glitter fall out is intense and God forbid it gets in your eye! It's very painful, just in case you were wondering. I so wanted this to work! the pink color is beautiful but the fallout is just too much.
JP from Atlanta GA
It's a very useable take on the resurgence of cream eyeshadows, with a little metallic kick.

The quality is ok. Kind of chunky and patchy on the eye. The Makeup Revolution foil shadows are much better and not chunky.

I was crazy looking for and affordable foiled/glittery eyeshadow and when I found this one, I thought it'd be perfect. However, the golden color only shows in the glitter itself, there's no golden background, it's like no color payoff only golden glitter. It's beautiful though and gets the job done. The glitter stayed in my eyes on top of my eyeshadow all night without the use of glitter primer.
Tatiana from Chicago
When I dipped my brush in, it just crumbled everywhere. It's super messy too, and there is no pigment. I returned it

I used in as a cut crease & on my inner corner/

I'm a very light skinned person and this mostly showed on me like glitter. It's cute for a light look or pop of glitter
Thoroughly have enjoyed how easy it can be applied with my fingers and it almost completely comes off with water, yet still stays on during the day! I hate carrying bulky crazy multicolored pallets and this fits easily in my purse/wallet. As a bonus it's not crazy expensive
