Most Helpful Positive Review Great for my 40ish skin First, the color match is so absolutely perfect with my skin tone. I do use a shade darker because I know I will tan just a bit now that it is spring.
My close friends who see me often without makeup have all been complimenting my skin since I've been using this (shhh, don't tell them it's this foundation). I recently posted a selfie and then ran into a mom-friend later that week in a store and she said to me, "your skin is flawless, I truly though you were using a filter on your photos but now I can see for myself you weren't!"
I've read reviews about this being drying, I have extremely dry skin and haven't experienced drying. However, I use some heavy duty moisturizer under my primer. so this isn't a problem for me.
I was on the search for a new foundation with medium coverage that didn't cake, crease and feel heavy now that my skin is aging and my light coverage foundations weren't cutting it anymore. I am so in love with this foundation. I use the Morphe sponge with it and it looks exactly like I'm using a smoothness filter on my face. I have so many scars, melasma, red spotting, sun damage and hyperpigmentation on my face and this foundation covers it all. I'm not even using very much concealer now like I was before. I even had my 70 year old mother try it and she's sold, she's been using air brush makeup for a long time but likes this better.
I haven't experienced oxidation with this but I go through a lot right now because my daughter is interested in makeup and I've been doing a lot of different faces with her so lots of cleaning and doing another face a few days a week.
I have some rare diseases (and not so rare, like psoriasis and eczema) that cause me to be allergic to so many things, I have to be so careful with products I use because I can break out in some gnarly rashes and my immune system can attack my skin if I have reactions to products and cause ulcers, which is why I have so much scaring. I have not had any issues with this foundation.
One last thing, I'm ashamed to say how many top foundations I've tried before finding this one. I mean dozens. I even tried many of the pro foundations that claim to cover tattoos and none actually covered my ink. I can cover them with this, it does take a couple more layers but it works.
Most Helpful Critical Review trash. needs to much work and upkeep SO SAD that Morphe replaced the fluidity matte with this lol. I was so open to it; accepted the talk about how its "made in Europe", "better for your skin", "made with hyaluronic acid" so on and so forth talk.... anyway, I have used with and without different primers and this stuff still sucks.
It's feels light and fresh for maybe 2 HOURS, until your face is shiny and cakey feeling. Its bizarre how it literally changes, because i love it for the first 2 hours, its light and the color matching is pretty amazing.
However, I sit at a desk all day (no running around) and still have to reapply at least 3 times, ON TOP of powdering my t zone. It rubs off so fast, that I might as well not wear makeup!
A tinted cc cream would be better with how much of this rubs off after like 5 hours, vs wearing this and looking like you slept in your makeup. It's literally nasty looking if you don't touch it up... don't get me started on when i go to my serving job and have to sweat lol.
I have combo skin, and really its not that greasy, I don't have severe breakouts or anything. it feels extremely heavy and i could just swipe it off with a finger. Thank goodness I don't have a boyfriend who wears white t's haha
Honestly, they could definitely work on this product, as it flops in my opinion.

I was on the hunt for a new foundation. After trying a few at Ulta and returning, I decided on this, The sales associate was very helpful with me. We tried two different shades and decided on Shade 15. I am in between summer and winter shades (back in July I would have been a darker shade). I really like this foundation. I have dry skin and I am 50. I find it blends nicely and does not settle too much. Let's be real - as we age all things will settle into our lines and wrinkles. This does not emphasize my dry skin and it does not attach to my dry patches either. I dusted with a light powder and used a primer underneath for dry skin. I am very happy. I am looking forward to getting my winter shade in a couple months. Lastly, this did NOT oxidize on me. The color stayed true. I have a slight golden undertone, I am medium skin in the summer and light/medium in the winter. It is hard for me to find foundation that does not make me look yellow, this shade was perfect.

I loved it so much perfect match and looked amazing on my skin.. but the only issue is that the pump let's the product leaks out of of everywhere. Unfortunately I'm not getting my money's worth since a majority of the product is going to waste.

I found my perfect match and I was so excited to try it, but as soon as it set for maybe 30 minutes it oxidized and turned my face orange. It also leaves a very greasy feeling even if you use powder to set it. I would recommend using a different foundation if you have poly skin.

Made my face break out. Made my face extremely dry and peeling. Face was very irritated from using this product especially on the side of lips, chin, and cheeses. Also did not stay on long and rubbed off on everything that touched face. Wish I could've gave 0 stars.

Wow! This is a fantastic foundation especially at this price. It looks the same on application as it does after it dries down; the finish stays smooth and color doesn't oxidize - a rare thing. It's a natural matte finish that isn't cakey nor drying. I am 35+ with naturally dewy skin, so a finish that doesn't make me look older nor greasy is a find. I hardly needed to blot with all day wear. But if you have any dryness, it will flake in that area. Otherwise it goes on and stays smooth and even; primer, no primer, brush or blender - it's super easy to work with.
Besy of all - there's a fair olive shade!!!! And it's actually olive. It's similar to Smashbox's and Kevyn Aucoin's fair olive colors, for reference. Finding such a color at this price… again, amazing!

I got this because Ulta was having a promotion and I needed a new foundation. It is a nice lightweight full coverage but you definitely need to set it. I have dry skin so usually I don't need to set but this stuff moves around.

I've used a lot of foundations in my yrs using makeup. It's always hard to judge and get a correct shade. When I found this Morphe one and saw how well it matched I was ecstatic. Then I get home to use it an the foundation applies as if it's dry and it streaky whether I use a brush or sponge. It applies very cakey and not smooth at all!

I have used a ton of drugstore and high end foundations in my day, and IMO this wears/looks/performs as well as prestige brands that cost much more. I no longer like matte foundations, so I have recently been on the hunt for something that was medium coverage, with a natural or dewy finish, and after trying a few (more expensive) others out, my search has come to an end, and this has become my new favorite! I feel like this is the perfect everyday foundation, because it's not too much coverage or too little, but rather a versatile medium buildable. The finish is also great, because it's not really "Dewy" but it's not totally matte either. I was also shocked at how quickly and easy this was to blend! This blends out seamlessly in mere seconds. The bottle looks and feels high end, and comes with a frosted glass bottle and easy to control pump. I chose "Filter Light 7" which states it's "light with pink undertones". That brings me to my only complaint...none of the fair to light shades actually have pink/cool undertones, they all veer neutral to yellow. The finish is beautiful and smoothing, and this wears beautifully all day!

A little goes a long way!! So buildable, light weight. It's my go to foundation and very little setting powder is needed. Will buy again! NO OXIDATION!! Best foundation ever! Use a brush and lightly blend the product, make sure your face is moisturized, it helps with the blending.

I had high hopes for this but it was just simply disgusting… I tried blending it in with a beauty blender and it left streaks. Then I did it with my hands and it just didn't stay on my face.
Light coverage which is what I prefer anyway... very natural 5

I've been trying to find a replacement for the Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation for almost two years now. I have tried probably about 10 different foundation's and I think this one is the closest I've found. Packaging says medium to full coverage but I think it's light. It isn't cakey at all and after drying down it has a very soft, natural appearance. Very happy with my purchase. Also it has a pump top which is a huge plus.

I'm 57 with normal skin. when I wear this (no primer needed) people compliment me on my skin all the time. I get told I look healthy and that I have no wrinkles. I do have some small ones but it camouflages them. it's a very lightweight feeling foundation and blends beautifully. although I have to be quick. I use my fingers for best application. I'm medium fair and use med 13 in winter and med 15 in summer. it's almost as if it adjusts to my skin color automatically. i do set it with a setting spray,, sometimes a touch of powder on very hot days. I hope they never stop making this.

I will say I was skeptical with this selecting and the purchasing of this foundation, 1 bc was of course you can't try it on, 2 it's very seldom do I find "drug store" brands that are good for my complexion. I purchased Tan 17 with the neutral undertones…Let me tell you It matched nail on the head. I would compare it to my Fenty shade 300. I mean It just faded into my skin. It gave me what I was looking for in Juvia's but didn't get. I'd definitely recommend this for an everyday foundation. I'll be purchasing again.

I personally was shocked by this foundation as the finish is genuinely super great especially for oily skin but the only complaint, I bought tan 17 since it's tan and neutral undertone but it's more of a pink undertone and it's more for a light medium rather then tan, but mixing with another darker foundation it color matches well but beware of the color descriptions.
