idk I don't usually write reviews (especially on foundation, since it's so personal), but there were so many negative reviews on this recently (I guess youtubers like it idk) so I thought I'd pipe up. I'm an oily girl. I do use azaelic acid in the morning which keeps me a lot matte-r than usual, so that's both a disclosure and a pro-tip to my fellow oily gals. And I do some light baking in my trouble areas with Coty Airspun. Idk if the negative reviewers are like expecting this to just be fine without a setting powder but I set it with both the Maybelline Fit Me powder and the Coty Airspun and it's the perfect texture. I was previously using Maybelline Fit Me Matte n Poreless foundation and honestly find this lasts a LOT longer and wears better. I think the texture is quite natural looking (don't cake it on my guys, just blend it out), I don't want things that erase my pores or whatever. I want my face to just look like a better face. I only layer this up on my keratosis pilaris red cheeks and it covers them really well. I couldn't tell for a while if I was F1 or F2 but I ultimately prefer F2 for cancelling my pink face down to a normal color. The Makeup Revolution concealer pairs really well with it. And I wear C1 in the concealer, it's barely lighter, so I can use it for spot concealing as well as "highlighting". Sorry this is a choppily written review, I was really just coming here to reorder before I run out, I don't really care lol. I guess a reorder is my endorsement. I'll try to upload some pics in different lighting, but I think I might have F1 in some or all of them (I was actually trying to take pics to write an eyeshadow review so the angles are dumb lmao)
I already love revolution products, so when they released this foundation I was super excited to try it. I am sad to say this was a disappointment! It blended well, but once I moved on to apply my shadow and the rest of my products I noticed it creased into the fine lines and made my pores look huge. Not sure why this happened if I applied primer before applying. It's buildable, and has decent coverage, but the creasing doesn't make up for this. I have combination skin where I have dry patches on my chin area, and oily on my forehead, and almost immediately I noticed the dry patches. It almost made it look flaky. I think it's overpriced since it doesn't have that much product in the tube as well. Overall, not happy with the purchase.

One of the best foundations I've ever tried. Very buildable.

Super bad transfering. Very sticky and slipped and slides everywhere. Very orange colors. Don't get it. The only foundation of all the time I've found to be perfect for my dry flakey skin, without transferring, looks not cakey, glowy and is a good medium coverage is the color pop foundation they have is amazing. This is garbage

This foundation is terrible I tried making work with several different primers and I got the same result ! Super cakey and would flake up.

This is amazing. I have dry skin and typically use a heavy cream moisturizer, and this glides on and blends so easily it looks like I'm not wearing it, except it noticeably evens out my skin tone and covers blemishes flawlessly. This is the first and only foundation that has given me perfect transition from face to neck. I have never been able to find a foundation that matches both my neck and my face because I have peachy undertones (F4) and my neck is a little more on the pink side and my face is a little more on the yellow side, but this foundation matches both perfectly.

I love this foundation. Usually cream foundations are heavy and cakey- absolutely not the case. It blends well and looks amazing

I think this is for people that don't moisturize, because if I have any moisturizer on my face when I put this on, the makeup clumps up and flakes off my skin. It's terrible. I've never reviewed any makeup on Ulta, but I had to rate this because it made me so angry.

I read through the reviews on this product after I decided to give it a try. I don't find foundation sticks to be just ok, they are either terrible or very good and that even depends on your own skin. I got shade F4 and F8 as I am very neutral and the shades are a great match. (winter&tanned) I am so surprised to find people with dry skin hating on this product! On my skin it glides over the skin with ease, no tugging at all and when blended just sinks into the skin and almost smooths over the pores. When used very lightly, it just looks like healthy even skin. I found the same effects when I used the Bare Minerals stick foundation, only I found that one to be almost too dewy.....I know I know blasphemy right? But it just seemed to break down as I swiped it across my face, it's too emollient to me. I still love it though for the effect but this is the perfect alternative AND CHEAPER! I've used both with a sponge and dense brush and I love both applications but if I'm in a rush, I use a brush and this blends in almost 1 stroke! It's a healthy dewy finish with a light to medium build and I cannot say if it builds past that because I use it minimally as I am 36 and more isn't more. All of my cream and powder products blend beautifully over this foundation and I have used this over many many different primers and skincare with no pilling or patchiness. I just love this foundation stick and in fact think it's one of the better ones out there both drugstore and highend and I typically am not a fan of makeup revolution products normally. This is one of the best products they carry. 2nd is the brow wax lol. I hope they don't discontinue this product like they normally do.

This foundation stick is so beautiful! It's super creamy and easy to blend! My dry skin loves that it's not matte! In my opinion there aren't enough products like this on the market! I basically use it as a foundation AND concealer since I prefer stick products to liquids. Overall just a really amazing product!

I love the coverage it's my exact skin color I got f13 something like that I think but it is a bit thick. So, I see why some people would opt to use it as a contour stick but I don't mind the thickness at all it's good for what I have right now.

I love this foundation stick! It goes on soooo smooth, and doesn't look cakey at all! I melts into the skin effortlessly and has the best coverage with bunching up or clinging to dry patches! It builds nicely also! I chose this over my Huda or Mac foundation stick!

Put in on in the morning, but if going somewhere later it works as a primer under a heavier foundation.

I use this to bronze & contour and it's perfect. It's very creamy, blends smoothly, and leaves a nice dewy glow. I haven't used it on my entire face because I'm oily and prefer a semi matte foundation.

I can't think of a con! This is a great dewy foundation with really great coverage. It doesn't look heavy or feel heavy. I recommend using a brush to blend. I got F4 and F3 and I use the lighter one under my eyes and I don't even need concealer.

I love the Bare Minerals stick foundation and I was hoping this would be a cheaper alternative. I have dry skin and saw this was a dewy foundation. It shows every dry spot on my face, dry spots I didn't even know were there. It is not dry skin friendly.

makeup revolution is largely hit or miss when it comes to foundation imo, so I didn't buy this as a foundation. since affordable contour sticks are few and far between, I decided to give this a try and it works well. it's really blendable and isn't heavy for the amount I choose to contour with. I can't say whether it works well on textured parts of the face, but for me it works well enough and makes my makeup routine far quicker

Great color, Convenient, Affordable BUT not for OILY Large pore area of the face like the noise area but fine for the rest of the face
Nilayy from Houston
I bought the shade F18 as a cream bronzer/contour and it is really creamy and blends out really well. It goes with almost anything I apply underneath and never looks muddy or excessive, you can build it up and it will never look like it's too much. This is my favorite cream contour product.

I applied the Urban Decay all nighter primer, blended it with a brush and then used a Beaty blender to smooth it out, used my Laura Mercier setting powder, then All nighter setting spray and it STILL caked into my fine lines within 1 hour.
Tee from Texas
The actual product is great. Super lightweight, matte, full coverage, and a little goes a long way. You can blend with your fingers or a brush. I hate that there is such a huge difference between F12 and F13. It goes from medium straight to dark, no in between. The F13 is just a tad too warm, but I can pull it off
Emilia from South Florida
LOOOOVEEE how full coverage it is for my rosacea, freckles, and even my under eyes! One swipe and everything is covered!
Bobbi from Missouri
Just not my fav foundation. Probably intended for younger skin.

There is only three dark shades???? What is up with that??
cindy from georgia
Acts as a concealer and primer for my regular makeup.

I got this because I saw a lot of good reviews on youtube but unfortunately my experience was not the same. The foundation is creamy and easy to blend but it can look a little cakey. I got this in the shade F4 which is supposed to be neutral but for some reason it looks kinda pink on the skin. This product (even after applying setting powder and a matte spray) left me looking super greasy on my T zone in just one hour after application while indoors w/ AC. My skin is usually clear but it broke out pretty bad afterwards so I'm no longer using this.

I have oily/combo skin.I wear F3, and it matches me pretty well. It does have a thicker consistency when you put it on, and I would say it's a medium to full coverage foundation. I like it better than the Wet n Wild stick foundation (I haven't tried any higher end brand stick foundations). It has a very shiny finish when you first put it on, but with you apply powder it looks great. While it lasts a little longer than that one, I still find that it barely lasts a full 8 hr day and I use the same primer that I use for other silicone based foundations. I've worn it outside in the sun for maybe 30 min, and at that point it complete broke apart and looked terrible. I use this stick foundation when I don't plan on wearing makeup for a full 8 hr day or when I know I'm just gonna be inside all day and use it for when I'm on Zoom calls. If you're looking for something that lasts 8+ hours, I would look for something else.
