I originally bought this in Auburn because, being a redhead, I'm usually Auburn on most brow products. I got home and the Auburn was pumpkin orange! Definitely not the color I was expecting. I knew I would like the product if I had the right color so I exchanged it for soft brown. That color definitely works for me better. I think they need to add more variety in color selection but the product works really well and the price is great!
The color is just what I was looking for. The application was easy and the line held up well throughout the day. However, when I tried to sharpen the pencil the crayon part broke repeatedly. Help!

This product is a rare find. Combines waxy pencil with a soft powder all in one product! Wears almost as well as my long wear brow products, with less effort. Always in my makeup case.

This product is not impressive at all. Suppose to be an powder. It's like an cheap eye brow pencil. I will stick with Mac products. Look more realistic. Sorry I wasted money purchasing the item.

I bought this pencil in hopes of it being a dupe for the Anastasia Perfect Brow pencil and it absolutely delivered. I've been using the Anastasia pencil off and on for the last several years and I find it just ok. It works but the price point is outrageous. Frankly I got tired of paying all that money for a product that was mediocre. I ask a lot of my eyebrow pencils since I have a large scar on one eyebrow and what's left of my the rest is rather sparse. I've had the scar most of my life so I've been filling in my brows since I started wearing makeup. I have tried so many different eyebrow products over the years: powders, regular pencils, mechanical pencils, waxes and my go-to WAS Anastasia. After trying the NYX pencil, I can definitely say it is by far the best pencil I have ever used. The texture makes it so easy to apply; I'm not pushing down on it trying to get the color to adhere to my scar or skin. A few strokes and I'm done so much quicker than with my previous pencil. This product is my holy grail and I love it. Check it out and see if it works for you!

This is perfect for me! As a natural blonde, my eyebrows often "disappear" in photos. To avoid the Mona Lisa Look, I purchased a brow pencil that is slightly darker than my natural hair color. This brow pencil is great!

I bought both "auburn" and "caramel" shades. My hair is coppery red but I like my brows to be a bit darker for better definition. The Auburn shade was way too dark for me and was more reddish darker brown. Caramel was the same tone but much lighter. For further shade reference, I typically wear Covergirl brow pencil in "soft brown" or MAC brow pen in "Cork". NYX Caramel is now my go-to. Don't forget to lightly powder your brows after application to keep them from smearing or fading.

I got the color "taupe" & it's very reddish on me. Taupe is usually more cool toned in other brands, but unfortunately this one was way too red. I do like the pencil & the formula tho.

I love NYX, but this product really didn't do a whole lot for me. It was okay on the tails of my brows, but the fronts were very messy. If you have sparse brows, I wouldn't recommend this product to give precise coverage.

I think it's the best nyx eyebrow pencil I've tried. It's the perfect shade for me when usually other brands make it too light, dark or reddish. It's very soft and won't glide off your face

I have no idea what some of the other buyers are talking about but the blonde shade is NOT golden on me at all. It is a COOL blonde shade (zero red or orange) on me and I'm so happy about that because so many companies CANNOT seem to get the shade BLONDE correct. Also happy that this pencil is very affordable. No waxiness. No crumbles or flakes. Very buildable if desired.
