Blend away! Essence Eye Blender Brush perfectly blends shadows with ease.
Great for the price. Good for blending and diffusing harsh edges. It is fluffier than my other blending brushes, but it still works great for my eye shape and can always be used to blend out the outer edges of your eyeshadow. I haven't washed it yet but I have used it on my color switch and it hasn't shed.
There are cheaper ($0.99) and better/softer brushes from WetnWild available at other stores that I'd recommend over this. It's pretty scratchy and doesn't blend all that well. The size is great, but when you wash it it retains all the soap and uses more water to rinse it. It's a cheap brush with not great quality.

use this brush to lightly blend in loose powder under my eyes and it worked nicely and very soft

Just not a high quality brush. The bristles are wimpy and floppy, not dense. Streaks makeup, or scatters it.
