A nice soak in this and my pain goes from a 8 to a 5! At the end of the night it's something I can't go without. The scent is really pleasant and not over powering. I like that the epsom salt dissolves and I'm not sitting in a gritty tub. It doesn't magically cure my pain but it helps and that's enough.
