hard to wash off and leaves black marks around eyes.
I haven't used the pencil part yet but the pen is garbage. After washing my face 3 times, there was still eyeliner stuck in between my lashes on my eyelid. Been using for years now!
For the price?? Buy it. My favorite liner(s). Been my go-to for several years now because its versatility & easy application. Its not waterproof, but it almost seems like it because it doesnt budge once dried (liquid)/applied (gel). When its time to remove it, it comes off perfectly with your makeup remover of choice & you dont have to scrub your eyes raw like with some liquid liners. It also doesnt give you panda eyes when washing your face. If there is any con, it would be that the gel goes on pretty light at first so you have to build it up for that to be dark.

This dual eyeliner is a must have. Works well and great price.
Disappointing
I had high hopes for this but was disappointed. The liquid eyeliner barely shows up & has to be reapplied over and over. The pencil side doesn't stay on & smudges easily.
