Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. Time to wake up? Simply peel the patch off and discard.
Precautions: Topical use only. Do not use on damaged, broken or irritated skin. Consult your health care provider before using if you have an existing medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Wash hands after use. Stop use immediately if you experience side effects such as skin irritation.

These patches really help me feel SLEEPY, like struggling to keep my eyes open. For me, they only really work once I've settled down for bed. I can't put the patch on then go to load the dishwasher or something. Once I stop moving around and just situate myself to rest, it seems to kick in...
