Dip doe foot applicator into the product. can be applied directly to the eyelid using small, short strokes with the flat side of the applicator for even application. To blend out harsh edges, use your finger with gentle patting motions, or a brush with synthetic bristles. Allow product to dry down.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Not good for intended purpose
I will keep this to use as highlight because its pretty good for that, but for liquid eyeshadow, it's just not good. It's sheer so you need a powder shadow underneath if you want any intensity. I wish they had a wider selection of colors, but the ones they do have are pretty good! I've been wearing Stila liquid eyeshadow for ages, decided to try this and wasn't disappointed however, I do miss the more nude-ish subtle and smaller glitter of stila
Awesome shadow topper
Looks so pretty over any color, I don't recommend swiping over but patting. It can pull color off if swiped.
A great sparkle for a great price
I loved this topper, it brings life to any plain boring eyashadow look. I do an easy quick liquid eyeshadow as a base and then add a swipe of this glittery marvel, spread tapping with your finger and let it set. I always use eyeshadow primer and I havent noticed tons of fallout.
