This refill fits into your existing Double Wear Matte Powder Foundation compact.
To insert refill: Remove used powder by lifting blue base to get underneath. Press base of powder with both thumbs until it pops out. Insert new refill. Snap into place.

I've been wearing 1N2 Ecru Double Wear foundation for years. This powder is way lighter in color, making me almost a ghost. I purchased this compact during the Thanksgiving holidays, at a discounted price. I just opened it in January. The color I received is not the color I ordered. It was darker than my fair skin tone. The powder also came unglued from its base. The quality is better at the department store.
The best powder
I love how Estée Lauder gives you the options just to refill your old powder! It saves money, which is the best thing lol ! All of Estée Lauder products are amazing and are really good to my skin. Looks like I'm not wearing any makeup at all and it's full coverage.
Pebble color is so dark now

I received pebble for a Christmas gift and just opened it on the 24th. Because it was 40 days from purchase they wouldn't let me return it. I had no idea the formulation was changed and she didn't explain that to me or suggest new color match. Very disappointed with holidays this couldn't be returned. It's not useable. It should have been a waning on web site before purchasing. It's a huge color difference.

I have been wearing this compact makeup for at least 10 years, and my most recent purchase, which is the reformulated product, just doesn't measure up. The new version is too powdery in the compact, and emphasizes wrinkles on my face. The color is significantly more yellow than the same named earlier version. I'll be looking elsewhere for a better product.

This powder is an answer for my splotchy, older skin. It has great coverage without making wrinkles more obvious. It's light and yet has perfect coverage. I love all Estée products, but this is my favorite.
