Key Ingredients

• Carnauba Wax helps separate and set each lash for all day length, volume, and curl, creating the perfect primer for your mascara for maximum product performance.
• Vitamin B5 conditions lashes, giving them more flexibility to help maintain longer-looking lashes.
• Sunflower Seed Oil conditions eyelashes and soothes skin.
• Biotin and Peptides help fight the hair follicle aging process by conditioning lashes to help prevent premature fall out.

Apply a coat of Fully Charged Mascara Primer to top and bottom lashes and allow to dry before following with Fully Charged Mascara. Once the primer is dry, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes, then hold for a few seconds to set. Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build. Use the wand vertically to apply to the lower lash line.
