How to Use

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair and vigorously massage from root to tip, then rinse.

Deep Conditioning Mask: After shampooing, massage the deep conditioning mask into the hair, ensuring the conditioner is evenly applied. Leave in for 5-10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair in a plastic cap to retain moisture while sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes, then rinse.

Leave-In Mask: Spray throughout freshly washed and damp hair with focus on the mid-lengths and ends. Comb through and do not rinse. Air or blow dry and style as usual.

Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.

I started out with the moisture shampoo, followed up with the deep conditioner, and then applied the leave in spray while in the shower. During the shampoo process I used a scalp massager as I always do and again during the conditioning process after leaving conditioner on for 10 minutes as directed. During the conditioning process, I had a pretty intense attack of the sneezing ( weird, I've never had allergies nor issues with hair products to this effect) and a runny nose, and itchy eyes. I wasn't sure if it was the product or just luck of the draw that something triggered me to react this way. So I continued with the process, and did a plop and wrap to preserve my curls for the next day. While I never had a scalp or skin irritation type of reaction, the next morning, I had yet another episode just simply after applying the leave-in spray once more to my hair mid length and ends. My husband even made the comment of having had a possible allergy since I'm not usually one to sneeze much. This was strange response I know but, unfortunately I had a weird reaction to the product and also my hair was pretty stiff ( which is why I was trying to refresh it in the morning). I came here to see if anyone else had reactions such as mine. Thought I'd add my experience and the fact that I'm returning. I was not much excited about the result either. My hair was pretty sticky and stiff and my curls the next morning did not have their normal bounce and softness as I usually can get them with other staple products. I was more into trying something to battle my issue with hard water since we just moved here and the water seems to be making my hair frizzy and unruly at the roots. The Briogeo set also didn't do a good job of taming my shoulder length very frizzy blonde hair, but the NatureLab equivalent did. I love the Briogeo dry shampoo and wish that Ulta sold it. This set was a huge miss for me. I do have an oily scalp and combo skin.
