Size chart way off
I bought two of the L/XL packs since they say they go up to a size 30 pant size and I am a size 18/20. These literally ripped as I attempted to pull them up, and the leg holes were way too small. Great product
4/5 stars for sizing. I wish there was a plus size option. For reference the L/XL barely fits me and I'm a size 20/22. These are a really nice option for postpartum and/or nights where I dont want to wear a tampon during my period.
Sleep without worry
I tried these as the first few days of my period are always heavy and i worry about peaking when sleeping. Not anymore! Doesnt matter if youre a side, stomach or back sleeper, you are covered!
Leak proof. Worry free sleep.
I have uterine fibroids and when my flow is heavy, it is an absolute pain to deal with. I wear these at night and they are VERY leak proof. I'll be ordering more.

I was recently diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and these undies have changed my life. I was bleeding through everything. I was even bleeding through my thinx period panties. the coverage these have are amazing. there's no leaking out the top, the front or the sides. I didn't find them to be any bulkier than you would assume a pad would be (baggy sweats are the move for these though...) i was able to sleep in an actual comfortable position with these, and not have to prop myself up so I wouldn't have leaks out the back or front.
