NO MORE MEDS NEEDED I am an insane beauty product and makeup junkie, but this is my first EVER review. I'm just too lazy to be honest. BUT, I absolutely had to write this review on the off chance that it might help a fellow insomniac. I am in my early forties and have suffered terribly from insomnia since my early twenties, which is when I was diagnosed with depression and generalized anxiety order. I just can't turn my head off at night and fall asleep. If I'm lucky and take my meds, I might be fortunate enough to sleep for maybe 4 hours, and that's intermittently. I still constantly wake up and it takes me forever to fall back asleep, if I'm lucky enough to even fall back asleep. When I do sleep, it's very lightly; I never reach that wonderful deep sleep stage. So basically I feel awful and am tired all the time. After suffering for 20 years, I am at the point where I will try pretty much anything to help me sleep and believe me, I have. So when Ulta put this on sale several days ago I figured what the heck, just try it. I have used other pillow sprays and they were just a joke and a waste of my money. The first night I used, I fell asleep within minutes AND DID NOT WAKE UP OR MOVE A MUSCLE ALL NIGHT. I slept for 8 hours straight and woke up feeling amazing because I was so rested and refreshed. My husband could not believe it. I was obviously thrilled but figured it was probably just a fluke. I have been using this every night for over a week now and I sleep like a baby every single night. I have literally cried tears of joy at the relief I feel of finally being able to sleep like a normal person. If you are a true insomniac like me then you probably understand. I don't know what it is about this stuff that works so well for me. No idea. I don't know if it's something in the spray itself or maybe even something psychological, but I DONT CARE! It's legal and it works for me so I'm ecstatic and will be buying a ton of backups. Sorry for the long review but I hope it helps.
Not Too Sure About This This worries me to use it. The ingredient D-Limonene particularly. I looked it up and found this: "Citrus oils such as linalool and d-limonene contain insecticidal properties. When ingested by a dog, it metabolizes in the dog's liver and causes toxicity, poisoning, liver failure or liver damage". It contains both. That scares me. She is not eating my pillow or licking it, however she sleeps in my bed and she is only 9 lbs. What could be the affect of just breathing it? I don't want to kill her! I used it once and my husband did not like the scent and if left my pillow feeling wet when I only used a light mist. I think it might have helped me sleep but after I found out the potentially bad effects to my dog, I'm afraid to use it.

Received this as a sample in a beauty subscription box. I absolutely love it! I use this for my daughter (7) and myself every night. It smells wonderful and helps us to relax at bed time.

I can put my son to bed with this spray, it's soooooo calming. You need to use only on to two sprays, that's enough and you'll fall asleep. It's all natural and the packaging is perfect. The scent gives you the feeling that you are at a 5-star hotel every night and your sheets are changed daily.

This smells terrible to me, like bad B.O. I would be embarrassed to have my pillow or sheets smelling like this spray. As for the claim that it helps you sleep better I didn't notice any particular difference in how quickly I fell asleep.

I am still, to this day, surprised at how well this works. It doesn't put me to sleep immediately, but when I do fall asleep I stay asleep which is impressive for me as I wake myself up when I toss and turn. My one gripe is sometimes ai wake up feeling groggy if I set my timer too short and don't get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep when I use this similar to how I feel when I take Benadryl.

The aroma of this spray really does something to my senses to where I'm completely relaxed and able to simply fall asleep peacefully I will definitely continue to purchase this product in the future
