I've used and loved the product for 25 years. Did you change the formula? Did you fire your quality control department? The picture on this page shows the product that I know and love. Instead, I got this nearly empty pot of gritty gunk.

smells nice and fruity and does leave hands smooth. but came half full and hard and half of the product was on the lid. get any of their other cuticle products over this one

I've been using the cuticle cream for a couple of weeks and so far so good. My cuticles are softer and easier to remove and push back. I try to use it daily, if not twice a day. The only drawback is if you're wearing nail polish it can make the polish look dull so you might want to wipe off your nails with a soft cloth. If this doesn't help try applying a clear top coat to restore shine. I've been thinking about trying the oil instead because it doesn't cause this problem. Other than that I like it.

Best cuticle cream I've used. I work in healthcare and wash my hands frequently causing dry, cracked cuticles. This instantly relieves dryness and smells good.
