How To Use

Apply to damp, towel-dried hair, comb through to distribute evenly. Dry with a diffuser or air dry naturally.

LOVE this cremeNormally, I have wavy to curly hair depending on the day I air dry. I started using this product to control what my hair looks like and I haven't stopped using it since. Unlike mousse, that leaves your hair crunchy and wet looking, you would never know you used a product with Aquage. My curls are soft, natural and frizz free. I always use this product ~10 mins after a shower, apply even through hair and scrunch. I wash my hair every other day, and i have learned that the product lasts long enough that on off days, if I wet my hair and scrunch, my hair curls like i just added new product. (This makes the product last longer and ensures my hair looks great every day). Would Highly Recommend!No nourishmentMy hair dresser swore by this stuff and she has great hair so I thought I would try it. I used it with a couple pumps of the aquage hair oil. As soon as my hair dried it felt knotted and frizzy the texture felt like I had hair spray in it. Won't be buying this again

This is the perfect combination of a gel and cream to me. Defines curls, gives hold, but not crunchy or sticky. Nice light smell.

Beautiful, Soft, Frizz-Free Curls

I have long naturally curly hair. My hair wants to frizz if I just use shampoo and conditioner, so I've looked for a long time and tried many products to reduce the frizz but still keep my naturally curly look. So many products leave my hair crunchy and I hate that. I tried different amounts of product but it doesn't seem to matter on some products. However Aquage Curl Defining Creme is not like anything else I have ever tried. After shampooing and conditioning my hair, I squeeze out the excess water with a curly hair towel. Then I comb through to remove the tangles. Next I lean over so that my hair is falling to one side. I put a small amount of product in my palm, no bigger than nickel size. I rub my hands together lightly so that product is on both palms. Then I use the "praying hands" technique to smooth the product from mid-shaft down to the ends. Next I flip my hair to the other side and repeat the process. Finally I flip my hair forward over the top of my head and apply more Aquage. This may sound like a lot of product but I really do not need to use very much. Next I use a wide-tooth comb and comb through my hair so that the product is evenly distributed. Then I scrunch my hair in my hands, first flipping my hair to one side, then the other side and once again over the front as I lean over. I check my hair in the mirror and scrunch any other places that need it. After that, it's air dry all the way! I end up with beautiful, soft, wavy, shiny curls with not a bit of stickiness or crunchiness. While I find that other products seem to make my hair feel dirty very quickly, Aquage does not make my hair feel that way at all. This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend if you want beautiful, natural-looking curls without frizz or crunchiness.

Was told months ago that this product was discontinued. Went to store for something else, and saw it there. Nice product, not sticky, doesn't leave curls crunchy, good hold yet workable. Scent is not too strong.
