These are WAY too stretchy! If you have thick hair these will do nothing for you. In order for these to hold my hair up I have to wrap these around my hair until they're straight, which is way too many times. Then the curls are gone from them and they'll leave creases in the hair, which is the whole point of these. I got these because I had bought something similar to these (wrapped coil hair ties) in store, and they stayed in place much better than the normal…but that was not the case for these.

Great for wavy/curly hair

I bought these on a whim and I really like them! I've tried scrunchies and the regular tele-scrunchie things but my hair is so fine that I always get a bend in my hair. My hair is wavy with a little curl and this holds my hair really well. I've worn it in a tight ponytail to the gym with minimal bend after and I wear one to bed with soaking wet hair and my waves don't dry in a kinky pattern on top.
