When I received my package, the box was huge so I was hopeful. Then I opened it and saw that the organizer came in a smaller box and mostly inside was bubble wrap. Then when I finally opened the main box, I realized how small and thin the drawers were. For the bottom drawers, good luck fitting a thick eyeshadow palette. Definitely went back to the store.

I cannot believe I paid this much for such a shotty item!! It MAY BE 1/4 the size as shown in the picture! I will be requesting a refund!

It fits perfectly on my 5 inch shelf. Exactly what I needed for my small apartment, love that you can see into the drawers so you know right where everything is! Would recommend.

I love Sorbus and this organizer is one of my favorites. I love this organizer so much that I have 4 of them. I actually bought mine from another store; but it's the same organizer. The large drawers are awesome, it's probably my favorite feature. I have not had any problems with fitting items. I used one for a kids bathroom. I love the top, it's great for lipsticks and storing small perfumes & samples. I used the larger drawers for my hair clip collection. I love that I can see each one and have them organized. This is actually a really good product and very practical. The pieces also mix & match with many of the other Sorbus units, which makes it easier to customize.

Honestly it's pretty small for the price you're paying. I used a $10 discount and STILL feel like I paid too much for the thing - it doesn't even fit everything because it's hard plastic. The drawers are TINY and have absolutely no bend to them so you can put about 4 lip tubes in every drawer until you get to the bigger middle ones and try putting bigger things in them only to find that nothing will fit.
