ITcosmetics products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. If your product looks and smells the way it normally does, it is good to use. Certain products, for example sunscreens, may have an expiration date printed on the product. Didn't work for me
I had tried the confidence in a cream in the past and it was terribly drying on my skin so I gave it to my mother who liked it. Not for sensitive skin, will break you out!
I'm not sure how this cleanser can be marketed as "sensitive" at all. The fragrance is so over powering and it left my face feeling so dry and tight even after using face lotion. This was the only new product I added to my routine and within two days my face and neck were covered in tiny painful whiteheads that took awhile to fully go away. Do not use this product.

Great job of cleansing snd removing makeup but dried out my skin. Will be returning.
Favorite face wash besides fresh.
I love this wash. It's gentle, moisturizing without causing added oiliness, takes off makeup (even mascara), and is gentle enough for sensitive skin!
Eczema beware
This has given me the most horrible itchy flaking eczema I have ever had on my face/specifically around my nose. It is not fragrance free like I have read in some reviews(smells like a dreamsicle which is nice albeit strong) I have used other cleansers with some fragrance and have never had this issue. A friend had the same issue with this product and neither of us have what I would consider to be traditional sensitive skin. This was the only new addition to my skincare routine and I do not wear makeup/no change in detergents or other factors to cause a flare up in my skin, and I am still struggling to get the eczema under control and stop spreading.
Have to double wash
I love how this doesnt strip skin. unfortunately I always feel I need to wash a second time to get all the makeup off my face. it may just be the moisturizing properties making it feel I still have product on my face, but I like to be sure.
